Cheese on Film 🔥 Fab night hosted by @thebscheese at The Cranford Theater for a special screening of @thebigcheesefilm with a live cheese tasting guided by
@adamjaymoskowitz
🧀❤️🔥🎥🧀
In a nutshell, the movie is about a scrappy team of top U.S. cheesemongers, led by coach Adam Moskowitz, preparing for and competing in the international @mondialfromagetours in France for the title of Best Cheesemonger in the World.
🧀❤️🔥🎥🧀
It is also a story about finding your place in the world, community and redemption. It is surprisingly moving and tender and you don’t have to be obsessed with cheese to enjoy this film. Highly recommend it and it can be streamed on Apple TV and Amazon Prime (and keep an eye out for a special screening at a theater near you).
🧀❤️🔥🎥🧀
Gather your friends, fix yourself a cheese plate and prepare to be drawn in by watching a vibrant community of passionate people pursue their dreams.

Friday night, 24 women showed up for themselves.

Back to You brought women together at Craft Time Studio in Cranford for a night of connection, self-care, and real conversation.

30 years ago this was a dream. 20 years ago we started to believe. And now we’re here.

Thank you to C.A.F.E. for hosting, to every presenter who shared their craft, and to every woman who took a night back for herself. We are so proud of you.

Were you there? Tag yourself and share your favorite moment 👇

PODCAST! 🧀 Cheese 101 - Types of Cheese.

🧀🎤🧀
Before we go any further with our exploration of New Jersey’s cheese scene, I want to make sure you have a basic understanding of the different types of cheese that are out there, what milks are used, and different categories.
🧀🎤🧀
I enlisted the help of two area cheesemongers @misswildnic and @thebscheese to help me describe a basic understanding of cheese. It’s great to have this info handy when putting together a cheese plate and shopping for cheese.

Photo dump from the past few very cheese-filled weeks! From the @thecheesemongerinvitational to the @american_cheese_society, it’s been action packed!

Studying for the CCP exam was such a challenging yet rewarding task. I couldn’t have done it without my study buddy @thebscheese 🙏

Feeling so much gratitude for this cheesy community of curd nerds. Big things to come from The Fairy Cheesemother ✨

🎂🍾 I’m very grateful to have seen so many friends from around the world in the days leading up to this birthday ❤️

My party tonight won’t be as elaborate as the @taylorswift one down the street, but I’m confident there will be more cheese at mine😉😘

CHEESE for lunch is always a good idea.
✨🧀✨
Lunch was calling so I swung by @vanhookcheese for one of their killer grilled cheese sandwiches. I also finally got to meet IRL @thebscheese who was a special guest monger for the day. Always good to see owner Carl & @misswildnic - thanks for the photo Carl!
