Early bird tickets are officially SOLD OUT (!!) and I’m so excited to share that the one and only Adam Moskowitz @adamjaymoskowitz, Executive Producer of the film and Founder of The Cheesemonger Invitational, is joining us LIVE at the Cranford Theater on October 15th!

@old.chatham.creamery Nancy’s Camembert was one of those cheeses for me. The one I came back to again and again, baked for parties, sold to customers, and talked about too much. And now it’s retired.

But this episode isn’t about finding “the new Nancy,” because that’s not really how great cheese works.

Instead, I’m talking about what made Nancy so special, why I’ll miss it, and a few cheeses worth falling for on their own terms — starting with the gloriously gooey Llanes from @blakesvillecreamery.

I PASSED MY CCP!!!!!!!! 🧀😭

After months of studying everything from cheesemaking and styles to food safety, pathogens, regulations, math and 700 other things, I’m officially an ACS Certified Cheese Professional.

The B’s Cheese started because I really, really loved cheese. Somehow that turned into events, a podcast, an entire business & and now this.

I’M AN ACTUAL CHEESE PROFESSIONAL.

On October 15th, I’m taking The B’s Cheese to the movies! 🧀🎬

We’re kicking off the night at the Cranford Theater with a guided cheese tasting (because obviously), followed by The Big Cheese — a documentary about American cheesemongers heading to France to compete at the Olympics of Cheese.

Cheese. A movie. A night out. And something we’ve never done before.

Last night was one of those nights that reminded me just how special the cheese world really is.

So much incredible food, a few familiar faces (and new ones!), all coming together to celebrate Anne Saxelby’s legacy and support the next generation of people doing really cool things in food.

And a huge thank you to @justiceofthecheese for getting me there

I ate everything I could get my hands on, talked cheese, met some wonderful people and left feeling very, very lucky to be part of this little world!!

A really special night for a really special legacy.
