🍂The seasons are changing, and the time has come for our final floating sound bath of the season! We’ve had two beautiful and successful sound baths during our very first summer season @lifetime.eagle ☀️ and I’m incredibly grateful that we get to gather for one more before the weather changes! Our ✨Fall Equinox Floating Sound Bath✨ will be a little different from our previous floats. We’ll begin as the sun sets, watching the colors of the sky shift around us. Then, as we slowly drift out of the sound bath, we’ll awaken beneath the evening sky, surrounded by candlelight and the glow of the pool lights 🕯️ The pool will be heated, but please dress warmly and comfortably in cozy layers during the sound bath as the temperature changes as the sun sets. We’ll also provide towels to use as blankets so you can stay extra cozy throughout the evening. We still have a few air mattresses available, along with plenty of comfortable poolside chairs. Members and non-members are welcome! ✨ THIS Saturday, September 19 ✨ 7–9 PM ✨ Life Time Eagle Outdoor Pool ✨ $45 Members/$55 Non Members for Floats ✨ $35 Poolside Chairs Members/$45 Non Members ✨ Please dress warmly and comfortably ✨ Towels and refreshments will be provided ✨ Please arrive on time so we can begin together Life Time members can reserve their space through the Life Time app. Non-members can register by emailing mellis2@lt.life I’m so excited to close out this incredible first season together, welcome the fall equinox, and float together one last time! 🤍 * * * #floatingsoundbath #lifetimefitness #poolsoundbath #fallequinox nervoussystemreset

This week’s Mindful Moment was spent sitting on a bench in the sun. I wasn’t working. I wasn’t scrolling. I wasn’t thinking about what I needed to do next. I was just sitting there. And I started noticing. The warmth of the sun on my skin. The feeling of the bench underneath me. The breeze moving through the air. The sounds around me. Nothing extraordinary was happening. But I was actually experiencing the moment instead of moving through it. That got me thinking about how many little moments like this happen every day that I don’t really experience because I’m already thinking about the next thing. Maybe mindfulness isn’t always about creating a quiet moment. Maybe sometimes it’s simply noticing the moment you’re already in. ☀️ Feel the sun. 🌿 Notice the breeze. 👣 Feel your feet on the ground. 💛 Take in what’s happening around you. You don’t have to change anything. Just notice. What is one small moment you can actually experience today? Today I’m spending time with a dear friend, in the steam room at @lifetime.eagle after teaching Sol Vinyasa -!; taking another dear friend @thebuddhistbackpacker SURRENDER class following my own.

A little glimpse into the most ✨whimsy✨ day at the flower farm 🌸🌿 I had the BEST afternoon running around the flower fields, dancing, laughing, and shooting content with my ultimate hype girl Vivian — with the lovely Beth from @flowerhousefarmupick joining in on the fun 🤍 Honestly, living out my inner secret garden, girly-girl dreams over here! And the best part? In just TWO WEEKS, I get to bring you here with me! 🥹🌸 On September 12th, we’re gathering at Flower House Farm in Middleton for the dreamiest golden-hour evening — you’ll wander through the fields and pick your own bouquet, soak up that gorgeous late-summer light, and then settle in for a deeply relaxing sound bath surrounded by flowers as the sun begins to go down. ✨ We’ll finish right around sunset, so you can linger afterward, enjoy your flowers, take photos, and watch the sky change colors over the fields. 🌾 This is genuinely one of the most beautiful settings I’ve ever gotten to host a sound bath in, and I cannot WAIT to share it with you. Come be whimsy in the flower fields with me! 🌸🧚🏼‍♀️✨ September 12 • Flower House Farm • Middleton, Idaho 🌸 Flower picking + mason jar ✨ Golden hour sound bath 🤍 Eye masks and light refreshments provided 🌅 Sunset skies to close 🌻 $40/per person Tickets are available now at shiistudios.com/events - grab your spot and come play in the flowers with us! 🌼

1. What’s one thing people are always surprised to learn about you? I’ve traveled to 23 countries so far, 15 of them solo! 2. What’s your favorite pose/strength strengthening exercise to teach—and why? I love guiding students into, and holding them, in chair pose… why? Because we all hate it as equally as we all need it! 😆 3. What’s your favorite pose/strength training exercise to practice for yourself? I am obsessed with Hot Yoga in the winter months to warm me up! 4. If you could only listen to one artist or band during a workout for the rest of your life, who would it be? This is tough. I can’t pick just one artist, but I love a good mixture of 90’s/early 2000’s rap! 5. What’s your favorite way to spend a day off? Swimming and laying by the beach/pool enjoying the sun. 6. What’s one thing currently bringing you joy? Riding my motorcycle! 7. favorite drink, or favorite healthy snack? I love tropical fruits! Especially mango or passion fruit. I also feel ashamed to admit I am a matcha addict. I’m not seeing anyone about it, either. 8. What’s one piece of advice or a mantra you try to live by? My dad always used to say to me “wherever you go, there you are”. It would make me so mad when I was younger, but it turns out, he’s absolutely right.

✨Welcome to Shii Studios!!✨ Since there are so many new faces on this page, I figured it’s time to re-introduce myself (and launch my new re-brand!). I’m Charity Grace, the creator behind this elevated self-regulation space, and I’m so incredibly excited to finally share this with you! This has truly been a dream in the making over the last 6 years. I’ve always been deeply connected to music, movement, and the healing that can happen when we learn how to slow down, reconnect, and care for our nervous systems. After more than 30 years of using profound sound and movement as part of my own healing and growth, it feels really special to now bring these experiences to others. I created Shii Studios for those looking for a space for modern sound healing, body-aware movement, workshops, certification trainings, nervous system supporting music, and so much more. My hope is to create offerings that leave people feeling grounded, connected to their body’s, inspired, and full of a little more ✨ when they walk away! Welcome, and Namaste 🙏🏼 Photo credit (she’s amazing): @lil.saralou 🫶🏼

Ohhh just reminiscing about the most ✨beautiful✨ sound bath I’ve ever had the privilege of hosting. Such an honor to work with @uplift.hot.yoga and @larkhousefinegatherings (and all of the incredible vendors!) on an incredibly stunning event last month. Over 50 women came together to mindfully move and soften their nervous system with sound and beauty. Can’t wait for the next one. 🌸✨ • • • #soundbath #soundhealing #gongbath #nervoussystenregulation #vibrationalmedicine
