September is Suicide Prevention Month 🤍

Your mind can be your greatest tool, but it can also become your biggest battle. As athletes, we spend so much time taking care of our bodies, tracking our training, and working toward the next goal, but taking care of your mind matters just as much.

You are always more important than your performance. Keep building, and take care of the person behind the athlete. 🤍

Meet THE BUILD ❤️‍🔥

Created page by page by a Division I athlete who knows what it feels like to battle anxiety, carry pressure, and navigate the mental side of performance.

This journal was made to capture more than just mileage. Its purpose is to help shape you as an athlete, and more importantly, as a person learning how to handle the pressure, heartbreak, growth, and breakthroughs.

Make it yours.
Trust the Build.
