POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I didn’t become a “holistic trauma-informed shadow work coach” by happenstance.

I came to this work through years of feeling, lost and disconnected and uncertain to myself. It took me writing my story actually getting a full masters degree in it literally and then going on to get over 700 hours of trauma informed yoga teacher training.

It took a reading book after book and listening to podcast after podcast but more than anything. It took true full embodiment of the practice..

And I have that practice for you and it’s time for us to do it together.

The Caim circle is open. The memoir method is open. Open arms, waiting for you to come home.

Self-awareness in real time -as usual- brought to life through my writing.
Screaming into the silence of the blank page is incredibly therapeutic. I recommend giving it a try.✍️

October has come with a lot of heavy emotions - ones that I can easily say I wasn’t quite prepared for simply because I didn’t expect them.

I didn’t expect to feel rage and intense anger, or so much fear backed by incredible jealousy and resentment. I thought I had met my grief, but deep sorrow has weighed on me like a blanket every night.

but I am greeting them- each and every one of them with awareness and a deep breath and love for myself, and all that I have moved through to gather those emotions.

Instead of numbing them or wishing them away, I’ve taken the time to see them and what they are trying to teach me.

That is the work that we do here in this lived experience. It is how we become— by becoming better witnesses to ourselves.

I am currently finding my way forward one careful step at a time.

Learning to anchor myself and what feels safe within me rather than chasing safety and what’s out there.

Because no place, no person, and no perfectly mapped out future has ever been able to give me what only I can cultivate inside myself.

I’m focusing less on finding the “right “path, and being more committed to becoming someone who feels at home wherever the path leads.

The future doesn’t have to feel certain for me to trust a woman who is walking toward it. 🩷🩷🩷

This week’s piece- a deeper peak inside my journey towards… here.

This is what memoir offers you, my darlings. It offers you… YOU. Connection and understanding of yourself, and a true way to honor yourself and your life.

Join me in The Caim Circle, and in The Memoir Method Rewrite Cohort starting this fall.

The woman I am today was built in the moments no one saw.

The tears, the hard conversations, the boundaries, the healing, and the decision to finally face the pain I carried for years.

Healing wasn't easy, but it gave me a life I could've never imagined for myself!

Thankful for the @thecaimcircle & @jessafrances

Fear is your biggest indicator. Listen to it.

As I reflect on the last four years of running intoxicated, and then starting up the CAIM circle and think about everything that I have moved through honestly all I see is a woman that I am proud to be someone who does not give up someone who shows up over and over again she is so beautiful and I love her so much. Me.

All the events, the podcast, the Substack, the social media posts the ceremonies, the yoga classes, the courses, the speeches, the stories… what a beautiful life.

And it continues this week. I launch the memoir method cohort and yes, I am scared. I’m scared that no one will join. I am scared that I will fuel once again the painful stinging of rejection but is that going to stop me? Hell no.

Sometimes healing doesn’t look graceful in the beginning.
It looks like rebuilding. Relearning. Rediscovering who you are beneath the pain, the pressure, and the survival mode.

But somewhere along the journey, you start noticing the beauty in your becoming.
The way you speak kinder to yourself.
The way peace begins to feel familiar.
The way you no longer shrink to fit places you’ve outgrown.

Finding yourself through healing is one of the most beautiful transformations because the person you uncover was always there — waiting to be loved fully by you. ✨

Healing changed the way I see myself… and honestly, it’s starting to look beautiful here.
