It’s sad i didn’t even think to stop drop and roll when my hair caught on fire.. it’s like i learned nothing in school? (Swipe➡️) Real talk tho, I’d like to thank @nikki_tomlinson that I’m still alive and kicking today. Truly don’t know how she balances having 4 things in the oven, while also making sure none of her friends are on fire from afar? Love my gals, 🤣#latepost #thuglove

Shout out to @nikki_tomlinson @chef__nik for this amazing recipe! “Cut up chicken breast and raw shrimp
Cook in oil with garlic, salt and pepper until almost cooked through then add Show me BBQ Sauce
In a separate pan I cooked chopped carrots chopped onion and okra in oil and added salt and pepper with a spoon full of butter” Delicious! We love new recipes, send us yours and we’ll share!
