What a day at @kinlochfarm ! From walking the pastures and learning about the beef raised right here on the farm to gathering around incredible food, this was so much more than a meal.

There’s something special about bringing together local makers, chefs, and neighbors to celebrate where our food comes from and the people behind it.

A huge thank you to the Kinloch Farm team for bringing this experience to life and inviting us to be part of it. Seeing such an incredible turnout this year made it even sweeter. We’re grateful to collaborate with people who care as much about the experience as they do about what’s on the plate.

This is how we do farm-to-table. Here’s to more days like this!

Come on into the kitchen with Red Fox culinary queens, Anna (Food & Beverage Director) and Ryan (Culinary Director). Now in the very final stages of creating our fall menu, we are putting the finishing touches on dishes that showcase the bounty of the Virginia Piedmont, honor timeless preparation methods, and celebrate the much-beloved flavors of autumn.

Meet Ryan,

A Chef, certified holistic health coach, fitness intructor and the creator of The Current, a signature music-driven movement class that blends mobility, stabilization, unilateral strength, lymphatic flow, and functional training for women of all levels. A graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition she has spent more than 20 years in the culinary world, believing that nutrient-dense food and strength training are the foundation of lifelong health.
As the author of Eat Strong, Ryan combines evidence-informed nutrition, hormone-supportive recipes, and holistic wellness with an empowering approach to movement. An avid weightlifter and spin instructor, she is passionate about helping women build strength, confidence, and resilience through food, fitness, and sustainable daily habits that support longevity and vibrant living.
