🔔 BUY 1. GIVE 1. Now through the end of July. For every Bell Collection™ necklace purchased through July 31, we’ll donate one to someone in the cancer community. Our pledge is simple: 100 necklaces purchased. 100 necklaces donated. During the first week of August, we’ll share exactly how many bells this community helped place into the hands of those who need them most. Thank you for helping us turn something so meaningful into something that reaches even more people! For decades, the bell has represented hope, resilience, and one of the most meaningful milestones in a cancer journey. As cancer survivors, we created a way to carry that meaning with you every day. 🔔 For those in treatment, let it be an anchor of strength. 🔔 For survivors, let it remind you of everything you’ve overcome and the life that continues beyond treatment. 🔔 For loved ones, let it be a meaningful way to say, “I’m with you.” Our dream has always been simple: to see these bells carried throughout this community, reminding people they are never alone. First shipment goes out in August, be sure to tag @thechemoqueens with your bells on and share your story so we can celebrate with you!! *Front Featured: The Classic Rhinestone Bell, End Featured: The Open Bell* with LOVE & GRATITUDE, Kesley & Blythe #TheChemoQueens @thechemoqueens _______ Chemo Queens™ is a cancer survivor-led brand sharing innovative products, practical tools, and elevated resources to help you take your power back during treatment and beyond. _______ www.chemoqueens.com cancersurvivor ringthebell cancersupport

I’m Blythe, @thechemoqueens founder and cancer survivor. We were so excited to launch The Bell Collection™ this week that I had forgotten what day it was! The day I got to raise that bell so high over my head and ring it until I felt like my arm was going to fall off. It’s been 3 years and while healing is different for everybody, the journey is so relatable. Between the two of us, my sister Kesley and @chemoqueens founder, we’ve experienced chemotherapy, surgery, radiation, survivorship, caregiving, and everything that comes with it and after it! Survivorship. Is. Wild. But I’ll save that for another post ;) We designed these with you in mind. Wherever you are in your journey. The Bell has marked some of the biggest moments of our lives. This is YOUR moment, it’s yours to claim and it’s yours forever. What’s your story? Share your journey with us, TAG us with your Bell Necklaces, available now on our website and currently available in 4 styles! ✔️Nickel Free, ✔️Tarnish Free ✔️REACH Certified xo -b www.chemoqueens.com #TheChemoQueens @thechemoqueens _________ Chemo Queens™ is a cancer survivor-led brand sharing innovative products, practical tools, and elevated resources to help you take your power back during treatment and beyond. ________ #cancersurvivor #ringthebell #cancersupport #inspiration

You CAN save your hair during chemotherapy and here are our Top 3 Tips for doing it ➡️⬇️ For starters, cold capping takes time, patience, and planning. Your current hair care routine is a thing of the past, there are new guidelines to consider before and well after treatment. You can find those on our Cold Cap 101 blog but here is what matters the most: 💚1. Manage Expectations. Success looks different for everyone. Some thinning is normal even with high success rates. Focus on keeping enough coverage to feel like yourself and care for the hair that stays. Gentle detangling and a lot of hydration are key. Inside and out. 💚2. Personalize Your Routine. Daily or twice daily detangling will help you stay ahead of matting. Use hydrating leave ins (@dailydose), sulfate free shampoo (@pura_dor) and gentle washing in preparation for infusion days. Daily moisture on your hair is essential, don’t be afraid to come through with proper hydration steps. Skip heat styling or coloring and protect your hair at night with silk or satin wraps or bonnets. 💚Slide 3: Prepare and Build Support. Cold capping can last eleven to twelve hours per treatment day with frequent cap changes. Have a reliable helper for dry ice prep, cap swaps, and emotional support. If clinical settings feel overwhelming, ask for private space. Connect with online groups, especially for your hair type, for real world tips and encouragement. But at the end of the day, YOU know your hair best and do not be afraid to ask for what you need, you are not a burden. This is your journey, your power. Blythe saved her hair because she followed her own intuition, the guidelines provided to her were outdated and NOT catered to curls at all. It’s not a one size fits all but it is so very possible and so very worth it! We are honored to offer our discount code CHEMOQUEENS10 with @pura_dor purchases. Sound on. Sound up. Cold Cap Therapy has been around since the 70s, so why are we still telling people not to try it? Why do so many still not know it even exists?? @blythehoward saved her hair during chemotherapy, then helped @lindsayyousif do the same. Both women trusted their intuition and adapted the process for THEIR hair, proving that one-size-fits-all “guidelines”don’t work for everyone. “Cold capping gave me a sense of control.” Read the full @thechemoqueens Cold Cap 101 blog at the link in bio for everything you need to know about saving your hair during chemotherapy 🔗 We are here The Chemo Queens™ #ChemoQueensApproved #TheChemoQueens #ColdCapTherapy #CurlyHair #ChemoCurls #SavingHairDuringChemo #CancerResource ✨______ Chemo Queens™ is a cancer survivor-led brand sharing innovative products, practical tools, and elevated resources to help you take your power back during treatment and beyond. ______✨ www.chemoqueens.com
