A few week ago I met up with the dreamiest trio who I'm actually so glad to have met!

Sometimes my job really brings likeminded, funny, cool people into my world without knowing they're coming and I'm always so grateful. Sometimes those people also bring along their adorable special little pooches and that makes it even better!

Little Dilly is just so loved it was easy to get some very special memories captured 🥹🫶🏻🤎

Thank you so much L & C for having me be the person to give these memories. You guys are awesome ✨

Summer Solstice & Sea Swim in the Rain ☀️🩵🌊

I started early today at Maenporth Beach for a beautiful solstice ritual this morning with lovely Liz @old_ways_cottage and Rob @darkcornwall - so special to share with friends and release what needed to go. 🌊🌿

Then I headed over to Gylly and was invited along for a peaceful beach meditation with @gylly_wellbeing_swimmers … and then had a joyful sea swim in the rain (one of my favourite things!). A little while after I got out, the skies put on a huge thunderstorm - nature showing off a little!⚡

Sat in the car listening to the thunder and rain, feeling like something had really shifted - a little inner turning of the wheel. And now the sun is shining again ☀️

Happy Solstice, everyone - may this season bring light, ease, and new beginnings ✨

A much needed gentle nature healing walk with my friend’s dog Penny this afternoon. Nature is a powerful healer and as is walking, I’m using a walking pole out on walks now for my balance. 💚🌿 🌊

Morning meditation, a sea swim, and the softest light on the water. Lovely morning with Cherish and Penny the dog 🐕.
There was a random spider crab encounter after it took offence to my swim shoe - I just noticed something moving around my foot! With care, Cherish guided it out of the path of early swimmers. 🦀
Very much the tone for the hours ahead, held by water, friendship, and the wild. And a reminder to move gently, to meet the day with kindness and calm.💙🌊✨

#todayayearago - @thecherishamber took me to stunning Cornwall and it’s cliff end beaches, to celebrate the day of Yemanja 💦🙏🏼🧜🏻‍♀️🐚 We made an offering on a piece of drift wood we found (as we didn’t have a boat 🫣) flooding it with roses, exotic fruit, shells full of essential oils perfume, crystals & sweet intentions. We sang her songs from her Brazilian origin, from the local ancient tongue & some translated into Hebrew. We asked for her forgiveness & her support on our life’s journeys 🩵🙌🏼⚓️🙏🏼🩵 (if you manage to stick around till the end, that’s @thecherishamber trying to cut a pineapple open with a rock 😂)

I challenge you 🫵

One of the most common things my clients struggle with is showing up on video…

I’m talking about 👉 in the moment, no filter, in your house clothes…

…cooking a winter stew while the dog tries to trip you up, as you bust out to Swedish House Mafia…

…in a hat your 18 yo cousin was about to sell on vinted 🎶 @charlieawatts SOZ 😝

So here I am real, raw authentic and yes some may cringe at the embarrassing aunty dancing but…

Dinner tastes so much better when it’s danced and I really don’t care what you think.

But wait!!!

It’s not always been like this 😳

There was a time when I didn’t want to show ‘the real un filtered version of me’.

So I get it!!! I really do 🤪

And the more you show up in your radical authenticity the more you get used to it…

…until one day you don’t give a 💩 like me 😎

UP FOR THE CHALLENGE👇

OK….Heres what you’re gonna do!

Take a big deep breath and hit record as you dance your dinner with me 🥘🪩💃

And join the Kitchen Dancing Reel Revolution 💪

📌 Make sure you tag me in your dinner disco video so I can celebrate your moves 🫶
