✨ IGNITE LIVE ✨ one day event a few weeks ago was illuminating, inspiring, fruitful, challenging, and worth the investment! That is exactly how I feel about being part of @ignite.sisterhood @theclaritycollab - REAL transformation happens when we invest in ourselves and when we do the work in community. Kingdom ripples are happening all over and it’s an honor to witness and be part of God’s big story, through the obedience and courage of @christinejeanwelch 💛 Getting to reunite with so many of my sisters and mentors in person was my favorite part. We see one another on screen but hugs and laughter in the flesh is 1000% times better.

The theme this year was “HAVE THE AUDACITY TO BUILD A LIFE YOU LOVE” clearing the time and space to process the gaps between where we currently are & who we want to be next year…. We acknowledged fears and lies holding us back, noticed patterns and old versions of ourselves no longer aligned, and practiced confession out loud which breaks the chains of bondage and sets us FREE!

My declarations from what I took away are the following:

🔹 I am the woman who lets God do His miraculous work in the gap instead of trying to fill in the gaps for Him. I am leaving behind my obsession with making it all make logistical sense.
🔹 I say no with ease to things and people and thoughts and lies that are not aligned
🔹 I carry peaceful energy that exudes and permeates every room I walk into
🔹 I hold space for people and embrace curiosity over judgment
🔹 I don’t take responsibility for making others okay with where I am headed and who I am becoming
🔹 I don’t feel my way into action; I act my way into feelings
🔹 I speak words and entertain thoughts that are in agreement with GODs words
🔹 I have the audacity to practice JOYFUL RELEASE!

WISCONSIN GIRL🐄 appreciating the beauty of my roots ☺️ It’s been 5 whole years since I packed up my entire life in my honda civic and trekked down to South Florida. (Slide 14) 2 of the most incredible years of my life!!! I become a different woman, launched a business, got rooted at a local church, saw people get saved, went through a breakup, job loss, got to train every day around some of the best athletes in the nation, & so much more.

I resented the small town Midwest for a long time, thinking I would be more respected, admired, and personally satisfied being the mysterious girl in a big city… If you’re considering taking a crazy leap like this I FULLY SUPPORT 🤪 It was the most outrageous trust fall I had made up to that point in my life, which conditioned me to fear taking calculated risks much less from then on. When we know that “God works ALL things together for the good of those who love him, and who are called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28) then every decision made in Faith & prayer & with wise council WILL WORK OUT for our ultimate good and growth, and God’s ultimate glory! No regrets - it’s all just testimony now.

I needed to leave for a time to really understand why God brought me back. It’s been 3 years since I moved back to Wisconsin and I can now confidently say that this is HOME. My resentment has been traded for perspective overflowing with gratitude! I love the simplicity and the culture that the midwest offers. Planting roots here has brought so much alignment and peace. I became a home owner last year, I have established roots at my gym and church family, I have my beautiful sourdough ministry, I get to pour into SO many people & activities & soon I will be an auntie 🥹 I no longer care about so many things I used to care about. Pretty cool how God changes your desires the more we seek His ways and His plans.

WHAT I LEARNED IN ALL OF THIS : Significance isn’t found in a status or a title or a city. Significance is found in Christ alone. Value is found in doing life deeply and personally with God’s people where you’re planted NOW.

Maybe you’re tired.

Tired of feeling like you should be doing more.
Tired of starting over every Monday.
Tired of knowing what you “should” be doing but struggling to make it fit into your actual life.

Maybe you’ve spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you’ve lost touch with yourself a little.

Maybe your body has changed. Maybe your priorities have changed. Maybe you’re in a completely different season than you were a few years ago, and the things that used to work just don’t anymore.

You don’t necessarily need another diet, another workout plan, or another challenge to complete.

You might need space to reset. Support to rebuild. And a process that helps you become confident in who you are now.

That’s what Renew → Build → Embody is about.

It’s for the woman who wants to feel stronger, more consistent, more confident, and more at home in her body, without making fitness and nutrition her entire life.

For the woman who is ready to stop starting over and start building something that actually lasts.💛

The next round begins October 5🍁. DM Renew for more info

A few snapshots from the journey so far.

Not perfect. Not polished. Just real women doing the work, building new habits, and becoming more intentional about how they show up.

We’re heading into the final week of Renew → Build → Embody, and I’m already looking forward to the next group.

Next round starts October 5.
If you’re ready to stop starting over and actually build something sustainable, this is your invitation.

DM me RENEW for details.

There’s something powerful about praying for women you haven’t even met yet.

As I get my red light in, I’m praying over the women who will be part of the next Renew → Build → Embody group.

That they would stop putting themselves last.
That they would rebuild their health without obsession or extremes.
That they would become stronger, more disciplined, and more confident.
And most importantly, that they would renew their minds and learn to care for themselves from a place of truth rather than guilt.

This isn’t about becoming a different woman.

It’s about becoming the woman God created you to be.

The next group is coming. 🤍

This is the CEO move collapsing time for some of the most powerful women in business! They stopped trying to become experts at everything and started investing in a consultant who can pinpoint exactly what needs to shift so they can move with precision and radical clarity.

This is exactly what my high-level clients are investing in!!

If we haven’t met yet, hi. 🤍 I’m Gia Smart.

Across my career and combined client results, I’ve contributed to $100M+ in sales. After more than a decade inside luxury, premium sales, and high-level business, I’ve learned that at a certain level, you don’t need more information. You need the right person close enough to your business to see what you cannot see from inside of it.

👉🏼 To identify where your positioning is costing you authority.
👉🏼 Where your language isn’t communicating the caliber of your work.
👉🏼 Where your offers have untapped revenue potential.
👉🏼 Where your client experience needs to rise.

And where one precise strategic decision could change the trajectory of your business.

This is the work I do privately with extraordinary female CEOs and founders.

I am the woman icons come to when they are ready to become undeniable, distinguished, and #1 in their industry! My clients are already exceptional!

They don’t need more noise, they need RADICAL clarity, elevated strategy, and precision!

Because when you know exactly what to refine, what to eliminate, and what to amplify, you stop throwing spaghetti at the wall and start making moves that create the highest-level results.

If you’ve already built something extraordinary and know there is another level available to you, comment ✨ ICON ✨and I’ll send you the details of my private one-on-one VIP Luxury Business Consulting experience!

Getting in the room isn’t just the strategy. How you show up in it is. Here are 3 things I did differently at Powerhouse Women:

1. Dress for the level of impact and influence you’re ready to make.
Your clothing, makeup, energy, and presence should be intentional. Not to impress anyone, but to fully embody the ICON you already are.

And trust me, people notice!!

2. Invest in your content like it’s one of your highest-paying assets.
I invested in an incredible content team @amayarosephoto to capture the weekend because when you invest in powerful rooms, maximize them! Document the conversations. The connections. The lessons. The evolution of the entire experience!

3. Walk into the room knowing exactly what you want to get out of it.
Before I arrived, I wrote down my top three desires for this trip!

I didn’t come hoping something would happen.

I came with IconicFaith™, knowing it already existed for me! And I got every single thing I wrote down. ✨🙌🏼

Out of 800 powerful women, I connected with some of the most iconic women I’ve ever met. And this weekend reminded me:

There are women in this world who will champion you at the highest level. Thank you, @lindseymarieofficial , and @powerhouse_women for creating a room where women can be seen, celebrated, and championed! 🤍

Get in the rooms that expand your vision and remind you of who you are.

P.S. Whether you were at Powerhouse Women or not, what’s the #1 thing you’d want to walk away with from a weekend like this?

Drop it below + share this with your female bestie so you’re BOTH in the room next year. ⬇️🤍

We were never meant to build alone. Even Jesus didn’t do ministry solo. He called 12! He led the IN community and He is the head of THE CHURCH! So many called, gifted Christian creatives are out there white-knuckling their way to a business God designed to be built shoulder-to-shoulder, free from fear, comparison, and scarcity. Relationships are the currency of the kingdom. That’s why I am SO grateful for @faith2influence and the CCA Community 🥳

3 full days rooted in worship and prayer, packed with world-class coaching, keynote speakers, strategy, networking, performance, and teachings. I came away from CCA feeling ignited to commit to pursuing my unique kingdom impact calling at a peaceful pace, w/ integrity, and authenticity; equipped w/ the confidence & resources to do business and sales in a God-honoring way, efficiently and effective way! ✝️
