WHEN it changed for me~
✨ The moment my life unraveled… everything changed.

For 27 years I served as an emergency responder. Firefighter. Paramedic. 911 dispatcher. Supervisor.
Crisis was normal for me. I helped people on the worst days of their lives.

Then one day…my life changed.
A fall and concussion ended the career I had built my entire identity around.

Suddenly I wasn’t the strong one.
I wasn’t the responder.
I wasn’t the leader in the room.

I was forced to slow down. To heal.
To face the truth about the toll that years of trauma, pressure, and survival mode had taken on my nervous system and my life.
And if I’m honest… it unraveled more than my career.
It unraveled who I thought I was.

But in that quiet season of healing, something powerful happened.

God began rebuilding my life from the inside out.
Not based on performance.
Not based on proving.
Not based on pushing through exhaustion.

But based on TRUTH. 👏🏼🤍

I started doing the work.
Healing old patterns.
Rebuilding my identity.
Learning how to live a life that was actually aligned. <Holy Alignment>
That journey is what led me here.

Today I help women move from chaos to clarity.
Women who have spent years taking care of everyone else.
Women navigating transitions, burnout, identity shifts, or simply the quiet realization that life needs to change.

Hi, I’m Coach Christine, Founder & CEO of The Clarity Collab.

For 27 years I worked in emergency services as a firefighter, paramedic, and 911 dispatcher. My life’s work has always been helping people navigate crisis, trauma, and turning points.

Today I help women do something just as important:

Many of the women who find this space are in a season of transition.

✨ IGNITE LIVE ✨ one day event a few weeks ago was illuminating, inspiring, fruitful, challenging, and worth the investment! That is exactly how I feel about being part of @ignite.sisterhood @theclaritycollab - REAL transformation happens when we invest in ourselves and when we do the work in community. Kingdom ripples are happening all over and it’s an honor to witness and be part of God’s big story, through the obedience and courage of @christinejeanwelch 💛 Getting to reunite with so many of my sisters and mentors in person was my favorite part. We see one another on screen but hugs and laughter in the flesh is 1000% times better.

The theme this year was “HAVE THE AUDACITY TO BUILD A LIFE YOU LOVE” clearing the time and space to process the gaps between where we currently are & who we want to be next year…. We acknowledged fears and lies holding us back, noticed patterns and old versions of ourselves no longer aligned, and practiced confession out loud which breaks the chains of bondage and sets us FREE!

My declarations from what I took away are the following:

🔹 I am the woman who lets God do His miraculous work in the gap instead of trying to fill in the gaps for Him. I am leaving behind my obsession with making it all make logistical sense.
🔹 I say no with ease to things and people and thoughts and lies that are not aligned
🔹 I carry peaceful energy that exudes and permeates every room I walk into
🔹 I hold space for people and embrace curiosity over judgment
🔹 I don’t take responsibility for making others okay with where I am headed and who I am becoming
🔹 I don’t feel my way into action; I act my way into feelings
🔹 I speak words and entertain thoughts that are in agreement with GODs words
🔹 I have the audacity to practice JOYFUL RELEASE! taken in Pewaukee, Wisconsin by @theclaritycollab

When was the last time you rested without feeling like you needed to explain it?

Not because everything was finished.
Not because everyone else was taken care of.
Not because you finally crossed enough things off the list to “deserve” it.

Just because you needed it.

Somewhere along the way, so many of us learned to feel guilty for slowing down. We can pour into everyone else without thinking twice, but the moment we need space to breathe, be still, pray, sleep, reflect or simply not be needed for a minute, guilt starts whispering.

RESTORE was created for the woman who knows she needs rest but hasn't quite figured out how to give herself permission to receive it.

October 29th through November 1st, we're gathering in beautiful Southeast Wisconsin for something deeper than a getaway.

You don't have to arrive put together. You don't have to have everything figured out.

Somewhere along the way, being strong became your full-time job.

You handled the schedules.
The appointments.
The meals.
The hard seasons.
The people who needed you.
The things nobody else even noticed needed to be done.

And when you finally stopped?

You didn’t know how to rest. You only knew how to collapse.

Maybe you didn’t lose yourself in one dramatic moment.
