This morning I woke up with one mission. But first, my gym session that’s non-negotiable.

After my workout, I headed to Boho to give my nails a little freshen up. Since I’m always training, I wanted something short, clean and minimal something that looks good but is still practical when I’m at the gym.

And honestly, I love how they turned out.

First Building Phase Complete ☑️
Body Recomposition in process ….

Maria has completely transformed her structure, habits and nutrition and inspired her whole family along the way😍

No craziness… We increased her calories over time, she trains bloody hard with me and we clearly built muscle 💪🏽

Both photos are the exact same weight in kg on the scales proving scales don’t tell the full story!

Now we enter her first cutting phase, with a photoshoot locked in for November 📸🔥

From the girl who hid in the changing room because she was too scared to step onto the gym floor…

…to now getting under a barbell for the very first time and learning to squat 🏋🏽‍♀️

It might not seem like much to some, but this is huge!!!

Confidence is built by showing up, taking small steps, and proving to yourself that you’re capable

I’m so proud of you, Judy 💙

Watch this space… that bodyweight squat is coming 💪🏽

To the wonderful coaches, staff, and families at @vibescheerleadingteam,

I am writing this with a very full heart as Tulisa prepares for her next chapter. After six incredible years with Vibes, the time has come for us to say goodbye. It is hard to find the words to thank you for everything you have given to Tulisa over the last six years. You didn’t just teach her how to cheer, you helped shape the person she is today.

She has gained so many wonderful memories, built lifelong friendships, and developed the unstoppable confidence that pushed her to try out for and make, Team England 2026 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿. You have all been an endless source of support, encouragement, and belief for Tulisa.

While we are incredibly sad to leave our cheer family here, we are so excited to watch her take her dream even further. She has worked so hard for this new opportunity and she carries a piece of this club with her as she takes this massive step.

Thank you for being her biggest champions and for setting her up to fly. We will miss you all immensely. With all our love and gratitude,

Kerry and Tulisa x

Hello, July☀️✨

This is your reminder that you don’t need to start panic dieting for your holiday next week or jabbing Mondjaro

Changing your body rapidly won’t make you feel anymore confident or happier long term. You are beautiful at every shape and every size and it comes from within 🤍

Let’s spend this month becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident from the inside out in the correct way!

Happy Summer Ladies 🌞
