If your goal is optimal health, this dessert is for you!✨

No refined sugar
Dairy free
But not taste free 😂

Make dessert healthy again! 😁

•1 pkg frozen berries
•Top with granola (Typically I make my own but when in a hurry, Purely Elizabeth will do)
•Cover & bake at 350° for 30 minutes
•Drizzle with coconut milk 😋

I no longer understand why people choose highly processed - toxic desserts when clean & delicious are so easy to make.

Shout out to @thecolesterkitchen for this recipe

This brunch skillet is everything we didn’t know we needed—fingerling potatoes, spinach, peppers, and Hempler’s uncured Canadian-style bacon. Thanks for sharing, @thecolesterkitchen ! 🥓🍳

From cowboy boots to heartfelt vows, grateful for a day filled with love and community. It amazes me to see such a precious community come along side my momma and Jay on their big day.

Thankful to @tallfirsphotography for capturing this day.

This is one of my “new” favorite ways to start my morning!🎉Thanks Gena for telling about the Goat Milk Yogurt. It’s so yummy.❤️

Fun fact for you: goat milk is easier to digest than cow’s milk because it contains less lactose and it has smaller fat molecules. 😁

This Breakfast Bowl covers protein, healthy fats, antioxidants, enzymes, fiber, and is Bangin’ with NUTRIENTS.😁

I get my yogurt from Trader Joe’s.

Details~
1 cup Goat Milk Yogurt
Add any fruit you like
Top with granola
Drizzle with honey and add a dusting and of cinnamon.
Visit my website link in bio for my delicious homemade granola. ✨
