Well, I’m officially on my way to becoming a certified Pilates instructor!
I am beyond grateful for our lead instructor, Jess and mentors: Ty, Stacey and Hannah— your guidance, patience, and endless support made this experience what it was. Thank you for pouring so much into all of us. And to my summer cert group... thank you for showing up for each other. The way we cheered each other on, laughed through the hard moments, and lifted one another up made this journey so much more meaningful. I’m so grateful this cert group brought us together 🩷 Hope you follow along for the next chapter! 🫶🏼

What an amazing few weeks! I think everyone could agree how tiring it was but how amazing it was.
Late evenings, practicing together cheering each other on every step of the way! @jessilatess was an amazing teacher and amazing mentors @pilates_by_tyler, @reformedbyhannah, @stayseapilates
I am so great grateful for the time learning Mat and Reformer certification and seeing everyone move onto our next steps and inching closer to finishing our goals to become certified Mat and Reformer pilates instructors ✨️
Im excited to see what this new chapter is!

Walking a new path of learning, growing, and evolving. 🤍

We spent the last three weeks immersed in anatomy, cueing, and all things Pilates. From reformer techniques to mat movement, and everything in between, we’re just getting started.

I’m so excited to continue this journey as I step into my Pilates teacher era. I’m incredibly grateful for our amazing teacher Jessica, who shared an abundance of knowledge, and for this wonderful group of classmates whose curiosity, passion, and support made the experience even more meaningful. Here’s to continuing to learn, grow, and move together. 🌸
