Just a few things I have come to learn while observing & remind myself while taking a mat Pilates class as a *future* teacher in training 🤸🏻‍♀️💫 taken in Mission Viejo, California by @thecorechica

Completed another consistent week of movement 🤸🏻‍♀️ and class observations! Whether it be strength training at the gym or finding flow in Pilates, I think it’s safe to say I’ve accomplished my intention for the week! 🙌🏼 Looking forward to another week of finding my forté. 😉 taken in Orange County, California by @thecorechica

What do you mean it’s our last time in the same room together!? 🥹 I’m so grateful for this experience, meeting my @coeurpilatesoc fam, master trainer @jessilatess and mentors during the teacher training portion has been invaluable for my foundational understanding and confidence stepping into teaching.

As I take a leap of faith, while also fulfilling my interior design career, I look forward to lifelong learning, self-growth, and meaningful connections wherever my practice takes me. I’m honored to have this support system from the start and special thank you to my mom, for believing in me to pursue this path years ago since falling in love with Pilates! 🩰🫶🏼

I’m overjoyed to share my passion and begin helping clients build mind/body strength and heal through movement! But first thing is first, @atracafes please sponsor us. 🤭 Next stop: Certified Reformer and Mat Pilates Instructor✨ taken in Orange County, California by @thecorechica
