POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Saturday morning. Josh is on call and we’re getting our coffee in before he heads out the door. ☕️

We’ve both become pretty protective of our energy. Long days are one thing. Long days with brain fog, an afternoon crash, cravings and feeling completely spent by dinner are another.

Our coffee just works better for the way we live. We feel focused. We have energy. We’re not crashing a few hours later. It’s one of those simple swaps that became part of our everyday routine.

There’s a business side to this too, that I’m really grateful for. We have always enjoyed working together, and building an additional stream of revenue around health and wellness feels very aligned with who we are and the work we already love doing. There’s purpose in helping people feel better, and there’s purpose in building something for our own family at the same time.

If either side of this speaks to you, this happy coffee OR the opportunity, send me a message. I’d love to talk. 🤎☕️

There’s a difference between trusting God’s plan and standing still waiting for Him to do all the moving.

Dear friends, Peter had to get out of the boat.
I think about that a lot lately. Faith asks us to trust what we cannot always see, but it also requires courage to take the next step when we know we’re being called forward.

Psychology tells us that confidence and self-trust are often built through action, not before it. We take the step, keep the promise we made to ourselves, and slowly create evidence that we’re capable of doing hard things.

Pray about it. Discern it. Trust God with what you cannot control. Then, when it’s time, get out of the boat. 🤍
The life you’re praying for may require your participation in getting there.

“It’s been a long time since I’ve felt this normal.”
Y’all. This. ⬇️
Bottom line why I’ll keep sharing. When someone feels better, and begins to return to optimal functioning, my heart dances.

These tools of ours aren’t a magic fix, lifestyle is everything, but my goodness over the span of almost two years now they’ve helped us and impacted hundreds of you.

If you feel stuck: like a version of yourself you no longer recognize, there’s typically underlying reasons, and while I’m not here to make medical claims, I’m confident in the science backed solutions we are offering. I would be more than happy to walk alongside of you as you take the next step! I truly love helping you here—we get to! 🫶🏼

Why is it that at some point, a lot of us started settling with the expectation that exhaustion was just the price of a full life?

Work. Family. Goals we still want to chase. A mind that rarely shuts all the way off. So: we should just accept being tired? Nope. Not havin’ it.

After my stroke last summer, I chose to look at all of this differently. I’m still learning that taking care of myself doesn’t mean I’m doing less with my life. It means I’m being more intentional about HOW I live it.

Yesterday was Sunday, and I literally rested the entire afternoon. There were things that needed done. I knew they were there. I chose to leave them there because my body was telling me it needed rest. Is this something you’re allowing yourself to do? To listen to what your body needs?

That hasn’t always been easy for me to do. 😬

Today I pray more. I pay attention to stress. I get outside. I’m more mindful of what I put into my body. I say no—insert recovering people pleaser. I work on my mindset. I’m not so hard on myself. I’m incorporating research backed supplements to help support my brain and gut with the long-game in mind. I’m focussed on progress vs perfection.

This morning routine, my cortisol coffee, is part of that. I love the nootropics for the support they can offer. It delivers instant impact for focus and cognitive performance, which is especially important, because feeling clear and present matters so much to me now.

It’s one small piece of learning to work WITH my body instead of constantly asking more from it.

If you’re curious about what I’ve changed in my mornings, message me CHANGE. I’m happy to share.

———
Lord, help us care well for the bodies, minds and lives You’ve given us. Give us wisdom to know when to move, when to rest, and where our strength truly comes from. Amen.

I love you, dear village. But not as much He does! 🫶🏼

1 in 5 marriages is sexless right now.

Not because the love is gone.
Not because something is wrong with you.

Because nobody told you the truth about what your hormones are doing to your marriage after 40.

I brought a male clinician onto the podcast to have the conversation your doctor and your pastor have both been avoiding.

PA Josh Reiners has over 20 years of clinical experience in hormone therapy and orthopedics and he is a man of deep faith who believes the church silence around this topic is costing marriages.

We talk about exactly what is happening to your estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and cortisol after 40.

We talk about the shame that keeps women suffering in silence for years.

We talk about what to say to your doctor, what tests to ask for, and what to do if you get dismissed.

And we go somewhere nobody in the faith space is willing to go.

This is not just a hormone conversation.
This is spiritual warfare.

And your marriage is worth fighting for.

New episode is live now 🎙️

Pursuing your spouse and creating an environment that equips your home—it takes effort.
It takes prayer, presence, and choosing each other daily.
But the peace, the alignment, the purpose that follows? It’s worth it. Think about it.

My nighttime routine has completely changed since adding our unique blend of GLP1 support and butyrate.
Better sleep. Calmer evenings. More balance from the inside out.
Not a quick fix—just powerful support for my body to do what it was created to do. 🌙✨

Ready to try it for yourself? Message me and I’ll share what’s working. 💛

Time is flying, and raising four teenagers has reminded me how precious each moment is. God is stirring something in me—calling me to set boundaries, realign with purpose, and walk boldly in the season He’s placed me in. I feel deeply led to help other parents do the same—create space, margin, and mission with Him at the center. If your heart’s been nudged too, maybe this is the invitation you’ve been praying for. Let’s step into it together.

God reminds us — the seed must be planted long before the bloom. There are seasons of hidden growth, of quiet work beneath the surface, where it feels like nothing is happening… but everything is being prepared.
The waiting, the watering, the trusting — it’s not wasted.
Every unseen moment matters.
Keep the faith. Keep tending to what He placed in your heart. The bloom will come — and it will be more beautiful than you can imagine.
