✨ LOCAL MOM HIGHLIGHT ✨

This week, we’re thrilled to introduce you to **Rachel Fiorello** (@rbackorello ), Palm Beach Gardens mom of two, and part of @thecradlecoach , avid reader, traveler, and one incredibly inspiring woman.

Rachel shares what she loves most about raising her family in Palm Beach County, her favorite local spots, the parenting advice that has shaped her journey, and how she balances motherhood, business ownership, and self-care.

One of our favorite takeaways from her interview:

💛 *”Every family looks different, and that’s okay. Focus on your own journey and the beautiful things happening within your family.”*

Her story is a beautiful reminder that motherhood doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s to be meaningful, successful, and full of joy.

Head to the link in our bio to read Rachel’s full Local Mom Highlight and learn more about her work helping families get the sleep they need through The Cradle Coach.

Here’s what I keep hearing from mothers:

“We don’t fight, we just don’t really talk anymore.”
“I love him, but I’m tired of being the one who notices everything.”
“We’re great parents. I don’t know if we’re great partners all the time.”

These conversations are more common than people realize, but many women carry them quietly.

Tonight’s the night… wish us luck! As sad as I’m going to be I know this is the right choice for us. Rory is still co-sleeping and waking me up at least 3-5 times a night and I wake her up too by moving and getting up. We both need better sleep and I need a more consistent schedule so that I can have “me time” and get things done around the house. I just had my phone call with @thecradlecoach and we went over all of the details and schedule for Rory so that she will hopefully be sleeping in her own room without waking up all night in the near future (I’ll be happy with even waking once a night for now). @thecradlecoach came up with a routine that is perfect for Rory and our family. Night one is tonight!

I used to dread Mondays.

Not because I hate working, but because of what Mondays meant.

Rushing out the door.
Back-to-back meetings.
Counting down the hours until daycare pickup.
Crossing my fingers no one got sick.
Getting 2 hours max with my kids at night.
Doing it all again the next day.

Now?

I still work on Mondays.
But I control my schedule.
I work with families (and sleep consultants) I genuinely love helping.
And my life doesn’t feel like something I’m trying to escape from.

That’s the difference.

If you’ve ever felt that Sunday dread creeping in… it might not be the work.

It might be the way you’re doing it.

Sunday scaries hit different when you know there’s another way.

Having the right roadmap makes ALL the difference when it comes to leaving your corporate job in just 6 months vs it taking 2-3 years.

The women who escape corporate in 6 months vs. the ones still ‘working on it’ 18 months later?

They had real life practice while going through training. They have a roadmap teaching them how to price and position from day one instead of figuring it out the over months of trial and error.

@thecradlecoachacademy’s intensive gives you the roadmap AND the real-time support.

10 women max.
Live calls.
One-on-one guidance when you’re working with real clients.

4 spots left. Closes this Friday.

If you’re tired of Sunday dread and ready for Sunday planning your own week, comment INTENSIVE for details.

Tell me your mom is a sleep consultant… without telling me she’s a sleep consultant. 😂

When your toddler starts putting his baby doll to bed with a story, a sound machine, a cozy crib setup, and the sweetest little ‘Goodnight baby’… you know the bedtime routines are rubbing off. 🥹💛

Even my toddler knows the magic of a consistent routine and good sleep environment — and your little one can too.
If bedtime in your home feels chaotic, exhausting, or anything but peaceful, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m here to help you build healthy sleep habits that bring restful nights back to your home — for your baby and for you.
