It’s like this. 💪🏼🙌🏼
🩷Rebel Massage live CE courses are anything but boring.
❤️Because education is not something we HAVE to do… it’s something we GET to do.
🧡 And massage therapy is the BEST career.

Also I love this song 🎶

What an incredible week. ❤️

I came to Costa Rica expecting to learn more about massage therapy, and I left with so much more than new techniques.

One of the biggest highlights was finally meeting Allison, aka Rebel Massage. I've followed her work since I started massage school, and she's been a huge influence on how I think about this profession. I appreciate her curiosity, her willingness to question old ideas, and her commitment to helping therapists think critically. Meeting someone you've looked up to for so long is a little surreal, and she was every bit as genuine and inspiring as I had hoped.

The class itself was amazing. We spent the week exploring shoulder anatomy, clinical reasoning, and different ways to approach complex conditions. It reminded me that the more I learn, the more I realize there is still to learn. That keeps this career exciting.

I also have to thank the incredible classmates I partnered with throughout the week. They made the experience so much fun. We learned from each other, challenged each other, laughed a lot, and created memories that I'll always carry with me. It's amazing how quickly strangers can become friends when you're all passionate about the same thing.

I'll be heading home feeling grateful, inspired, and excited to bring everything I learned back to my clients.

Costa Rica, thank you for an unforgettable week. Until next time.

truly the sweetest celebration of our beautiful journey together 🩵🩵

from colibri to rana, this program has truly been the experience of a lifetime and has filled my heart to overflowing. for 4 months we were fully immersed in learning massage, but somehow between the long class days and the never ending adventures, I learned so much more than that. I rediscovered who I am more than once and connected with some really beautiful souls so deeply, it felt as though we had always known each other. this journey has relit my spark for learning and my love for life. my time here has been pure, unyielding joy.

I will be forever grateful for my experience here as a student and the people I’ve met because of that. from the bottom of my heart, thank you CRSMT. leaving such a beautiful chapter of my life is difficult, but I can’t wait to continue trusting the process and see where this experience will take me next. See you later Samara 🇨🇷🌀🌺🌎🩵🩵

I never imagined I’d be an instructor, I did not get my teaching credential in my undergrad (on purpose) because I didn’t think I was ever going to teach.

But since I did get a masters degree before going to massage school, one very special person saw me trustworthy to teach my first year in. I’m so grateful for CRSMT and the opportunities I have to share my passion for education in this field. It’s such a beautiful place to be involved in as an instructor. The people, the curriculum, the place.

Thank you for inspiring us all❤️

One more Shiatsu & Foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine 60-hour course has come to an end, and my heart is so full of gratitude and pride for each of my students.

Sharing this ancient healing art continues to be a deeply humbling and ever-evolving journey, and I feel honored to walk this path together.
