It’s more than a workout, it’s a whole vibe 🔥 Sat down with Ron to talk all things Xtreme Hip Hop — how he got started and why the step board has everybody hooked. Chicago, who’s pulling up to the next class?

My 2nd Annual End of Summer Step Jam, at the @skylinepitch is in the books! ❌

Big shoutout to @fitcodemedia for capturing the vibes! 📸

Y’all showed up for ya boy (🥹). The energy, the music, the views, and most importantly – the people made this one special. Thank you to everyone who grabbed a board, and stepped with me. My fitness community is very important to me.

And a special thank you to management (my wife) for all of the behind-the-scenes coordination that helped bring this event together. Couldn’t have pulled it off without you. 🤎

Year 2 was one for the books. Until next time!

#SaturdaySessions – we had a time. 🔥

@stepwithgab they cussed a lil bit tryna learn that run-it variation we saw you and squad doing.

Them: “Ron, include this one in the Saturday Session repertoire.”

Me: 🧐😮‍💨🔥

I almost stopped doing SOFIE... not because it failed, but because it worked exactly the way it was supposed to.

Making friends in your 30s can feel a bit awkward and confusing. If you’ve been looking for community with other millennial women (30+) in Chicago or want contribute/collab, this might be your sign.

Follow along and stay tuned for our spring events calendar.🌸🥂✨

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I just want to say how grateful I am for every woman who’s helped turn SOFIE from an idea into a real community where millennial women in Chicago can make friends. 🥂✨

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, this is your sign to join us. From coworking mornings to happy hours to errands with friends and now....a Married to Medicine watch party 🎉 we’re building real connections out here.

RSVP, show up, and tap into the community you’ve been looking for...🧡

*For this event: ALL ARE WELCOME, especially fellow Bravo fans! (Must be 21+).

Sometimes they don’t hold back (😂)…

but I don’t mind, all I ask is that they come prepared to work hard. And they do every time!

Xtreme Hip-Hop is a MENTAL and PHYSICAL challenge – both are unapologetically delivered in my advanced class.

A #ShoreThing was a vibe! Y’all know I like a lil step class with a view – wonder what I’ll do next. 👀

Shoutout to @normansbistrolake for the fire patio, @123djgear for the sound, and @deejayd9_3 for the fire mix! 🔥🔥

Stepping with @goodgood_en3rgy along the lakefront was a time!!!! I haven’t stepped in months so I appreciated all of the vibes, all of the hugs, and being back. It was hot, we was super sweaty, but we did it 😂🔥🔥🔥 #aerobicstep #healthiswealth #cardio #summertimechi
