The wait is over.

Meet the 40 Under 40 Top Dentists in America: outstanding young clinicians, entrepreneurs, innovators and leaders who are making their mark on dentistry right now.

The new Incisal Edge 40 Under 40 issue brings them
together with bold personalities, incredible stories, standout style and plenty of reasons to feel good about the future of the profession.

This year’s event was held at @thenednomad and featured a theme that blended a members only social club with a hint of dark academia and vintage luxury.

Here’s just a few of my favorite photos and memories I styled from this year.

Always love working with @incisaledgemagazine @bencodental team as well as the fashion, styling, hair & makeup teams led by @jeffreyampratwum with @junemusto_ and @mjgentle 📸

Working directly alongside @megtisch @98jenjen @eleceaaa @ivanaasimonee and all the assistants was such a great and rewarding time being in sync and having fun while doing it!

Still reflecting on the Martha’s Vineyard premiere of Framing History: An Alvin Leon Durham Story.

What began as an idea and an effort to honor a master framer and friend became an opportunity to preserve an important piece of our history.

Grateful to everyone who joined us, supported the film, and helped us give @alvinleondurham his flowers.

Every work of art tells a story. Every frame protects one.

Stay tuned for future screenings in DC, Nebraska, Prince George’s County and Baltimore 🥂

A few weeks ago I got to go behind the scenes and take some photos of a few of this years @bencodental 40 Under 40. Such a fun experience. Be on the lookout for @incisaledgemagazine when it drops in the Fall to see the final pics. Look out for the @guidingleaders alum who will be showcased!

One week later and I’m still** reveling in the all encompassing magic of the 2025 DeW retreat! Three days of energizing, affirming connection and supportive, beautiful sisterhood.

I am so inspired by our incredible speakers, who spoke from a place of vulnerability and strength to empower us with key takeaways- immediately applicable to grow our businesses, enhance our relationships, and empower the unique beauty of who we are as women. It was such an honor to share the stage with you.

Thank you @karkar500 @_sararitchie_ @carrierdebora for the intentionality, heart, and vision that made this our best retreat yet. And @kristieboltzcmo … you are the most natural, hilarious, real MC. You had me laughing, crying, and laugh crying. You kept us engaged, connected, and energized. A true, rare, gift.

To our sponsors: thank you for helping amplify the impact of our 7th DeW Retreat. Your presence, energy, and support continue to empower women in dentistry and beyond to rise into our potential.

And you, angel to us all, @annelduffy . I wouldn't be who I am in life or career without your unconditional love, relentless encouragement, and belief that the world needs more of what we can offer.

I am so grateful for every single women who showed up, poured into each other, and is actively working to build community + business in a way that continues to prove that when women unite with intention, we all rise together. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I am here with you and for you, always in your corner, and just a text away 🤍

🎓 Today marks the end of a truly transformative journey — graduating from the Guiding Leaders program fills me with so much gratitude, pride, and emotion. What began as an opportunity to learn and grow turned into something far deeper — a season of reflection, confidence, and connection.
Through this journey, I’ve grown not just as a leader, but as a person. I’ve learned to lean into vulnerability, to find strength in community, and to lead with both heart and purpose. The friendships and bonds built here — with some of the most inspiring and visionary leaders in dentistry — are ones I’ll cherish forever. 💙
A heartfelt thank you to Stephanie Goddard for creating this space for women and for the first time men as well to rise together. Your passion, authenticity, and vision are powerful reminders of what true leadership looks like. And to Glidewell — thank you for thinking of everything. Every detail, every experience, every lesson reflected such thoughtfulness and heart.
As I close this chapter, I carry forward not only new skills and inspiration, but a renewed sense of purpose — and a community that feels like family. Here’s to growth, gratitude, and the beautiful journey ahead. @schaumburgdentist @melissaneviddds @drpaulthedentist @dr.stellastavrou @drkaeley.perio @guidingleaders
