A little more magic from the Masquerade in the Woods… ✨🌿

When I first imagined this party, I wanted to take our guests on a journey, fully choreographed in effect as well as styled. An evening where a story would gradually unfold, with unexpected moments of theatre, music and a little mystery along the way.

From the enchanting woodland setting and rather intriguing characters, to beautiful strings, surprise performances and finally a dance floor full of energy with the most amazing band — each chapter bringing something new. Timings of various food and drink servings were also core to the flow of the evening.

It was everything I had hoped for and so much more. A night filled with laughter, friendship and memories that will be treasured forever.

And none of it would have been possible without the incredibly talented people who helped bring this vision to life. Thank you for helping me make the magic happen and of course also to all my friends and family as without you there would be no reason to celebrate ✨🤎

This reel aims to capture the event unfolding but sparing the privacy of my guests. Hopefully you will watch to the end 💃🕺🏻

If your wedding mood board is full of colour, you shouldn’t have to choose your wedding date around your favourite flowers 🌸

That’s the luxury of premium artificial florals, the freedom to choose the colours and flower varieties you love, all year round!

For this wedding at @thedreys , we threaded pinks, yellows, greens and purples through the bouquets, arches, aisle arrangements and reception florals. Joyful, abundant colour that looked so beautiful against the rustic setting.

Every arrangement is designed bespoke, stem by stem, so your flowers feel connected across the whole day and completely personal to you.

Planning a colourful Kent wedding? Send me your date, venue and the colours you can’t stop saving. I’d love to bring your ideas to life 💌

One of my favourite things about creating wedding flowers is the freedom to create something unique every time 🌸

I love exploring different colours, shapes and textures. Your vision, your setting along with how you want your day to feel all help give each design its direction

So, what does this mean for your wedding?

It means I’ll take the time to get to know you and understand what matters most to you. Whether you love colourful and whimsical flowers or something softer and more sculptural, I’ll bring my creativity and experience to a design shaped around you!

If you’re looking for a florist who gets excited about your ideas and knows how to bring them together, we could be a really lovely fit ✨

What three words would describe your dream wedding flowers? 💭

Woodland hugs 🌲🤗

I love this part of a wedding where family and friends rush over to hug the couple after the ceremony. For this frame I decided to get both Billy and Sarah in the image as they were hugging but shoot through Billy and lock focus on Sarah. Your eye is led through the frame and the girl sandwiched in the hug just makes it for me!

I’ve really missed working at the Dreys!

So it’s been like a year since I’ve been to The Dreys and I was bloody happy to be heading back. I absolutely love photographing here, being so well looked after by the dolls and having a catch up, so it was lovely to be back, see everyone again and spend the day with Nick & Dave.

And then there was Milo. 🥹 A very handsome Patterdale, small world as I have a Patterdale (although he’s at my parents most of the time!) and you also don’t see them that often so it’s even more special 🖤

Nick & Dave had such a relaxed day, with loads of time to actually hang out with their people and enjoy themselves. There was even time for Nick to crack open a few cheeky packs of Pokémon cards and obviously I ended up opening some too because you can’t put Pokémon cards in front of me and expect me to behave like a professional. (We’d been planning this for a while😂)

And because these two own a coffee shop, we obviously had to get some photos with their van too, especially as this was its last outing before they said goodbye to it 💚

More weddings like this please. 💕
