POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

WAIT… Before you call this year a disappointment… let’s check the receipts. 👀💗

You’re so busy counting what didn’t happen that you’re overlooking everything that DID.

The prayers that were answered. The challenges you overcame. The lessons you learned. The doors that opened. And even the moments when simply showing up was an accomplishment.

You’ve done more than you’re giving yourself credit for. And maybe the problem isn’t that you haven’t done enough… maybe you just haven’t paused long enough to recognize it.

As we navigate Q4, here’s your reminder: Finishing strong doesn’t always mean doing MORE.

Sometimes it starts with recognizing how far you’ve already come.

That’s why we’re starting with REFLECT.

It’s the first step in The RESET — an intentional space to reflect, release, and realign. Link in Bio

PART 03// THE SIGNAL TRANSMISSION
001: SIGNAL ACQUIRED.
This is where the story starts.
Two artists.
Two completely different visual languages.
One idea that probably shouldn’t work as well as it does.
Kenneth James × Lee Valentine
VISUAL NOISE is less about us “matching” and more about what happens when we don’t.
The tension.
The contrast.
The interruption.
The trust.
And underneath all of that, the question that started this whole thing:
What are we carrying that nobody can see?
This is part one.
Don’t get comfortable.

VISUAL NOISE: What We Carry
Beneath the Surface
Its Official I’m thrilled to share that Lee Valentine and I will present Visual Noise, a visual art collaboration rooted in the experiences we often carry quietly: identity, mental health, grief, masculinity, and the emotions that live beneath the surface.
Join us for an evening of art, music, and meaningful conversation. Through our distinct artistic voices, we’re creating a space to pause, reflect, and connect-to the work, to one another, and perhaps to parts ot your own story.

Show 71 | Fall Expressions | 9.29.26

Honestly, I haven’t been to this open mic in a WHILE! I just checked the previous reels, last time I was invited the poet/host @rob.ace.holmes it was back in February! Almost 70 shows later, and I’ve finally returned 😁

Side note: THEY CHANGED LOCATIONS! If you want to attend their next open mic, it’s every LAST TUESDAY at @thee_studio_va

The goal is to do 100 shows by the end of the year

This makes 71/100🎤

♊️ POLLUX MUSIC MANAGEMENT — THE ROSTER IS HERE! 🎶🔥

Built in silence. Introduced with purpose.

I’ve been moving behind the scenes, putting the pieces together one by one. No rushing the process, no forcing the vision. Just trusting the timing, recognizing talent, and building something I believe in.

What started as an idea has slowly become a roster of talented individuals with their own voices, personalities, and stories to tell.

Allow me to officially introduce THE POLLUX ROSTER 🌟

🎤 @artistiqmisfitzz
🎤 @biguni247
🎤 @yungsmilelee

And what better time to introduce what we’ve been building than TONIGHT, as the @xpolluxmusicx take the stage for their debut show! 💫🎙️

This is bigger than one performance. It’s about artist development, creating opportunities, building platforms, and making sure the talent gets the recognition it deserves.

Different artists. Different journeys. One constellation. ✨

I’ve been working. Now it’s time for y’all to see WHY.

WELCOME TO POLLUX MUSIC MANAGEMENT. A division of @marketingmadeeazyllc

And trust me… WE’RE JUST GETTING STARTED. 🚀
