I’m using my voice to amplify support and self-care for caregivers like me. I help take care of my 86-yr-old mother who has dementia. As a caregiver, I’m learning there are times when I’m so busy making sure mom is good, I forget about me. Creating the Raising Mama Caregivers Conference is part of my therapy. It relieves me to know I’m not alone and that I could be helping others. Get in your self-care and save your seat. Link in bio. #RMC2026 #raisingmama
