Smart moves towards sustainability
Let’s step the game up for the sake of our future generations

We humans, are a smart species. We have come a long way in our journey on this planet ,but somewhere the capitalistic tendencies have lead us into a state where our natural resources have taken a beating!!

The time has come when all of us in our small ways need to give back by being more conscientious and sensitive towards environmental needs, so that the coming generations do not suffer.

We as a family, have adopted the philosophy “Less is more”.In the pursuit of a minimalistic life, we are watchful of our buying behaviour and cherish experiences more than things.

As a Health coach , my emphasis is on lifestyle improvement which is a balanced approach towards food , mindset, relationships and environment. I personally use these small steps

1. Avoiding food wastage by planning our meals well in advance and shopping accordingly.
2. Reducing the consumption of meat to two to three times a week.
3. Saying no to single use plastic.
4. Carrying our own bags for grocery shopping.
5. Keeping our surroundings green, teaching kids how to take care of plants.
6. School Car pools whenever possible, kids love it , we save time and fuel at the same time #qatar #qatarsustainabilityweek #qatarfoundation #sustainability #giveback #savetheplanet #doha #middleeast #gulf #environment #reduce #reducewaste #reuse #dontwastefood #meatlessmonday #notoplastic #onlinecoach
