When we want to go to a romantic cocktail bar in Providence, one place that comes immediately to mind is @theeddybar!

And they’re slinging a few new drinks right now, including the “Get Up (Offa That Thang)” martini; the tropical tasting “Mambo #2”; and the refreshing “Water Ma Lawn.” (Don’t make us a choose a favorite though!)

The Eddy is open seven days a week at 95 Eddy Street in downtown Providence. :)

never post on main grid when i go out to eat but i feel like this trip deserves one! providence / newport RI food recap 🛥️ enjoy. i know i did

drinks at @theeddybar in providence! i got one inspired by green curry and leah got a fun little martini. both absolutely delish and the place was so cute

drinks with dinner at @gifthorsepvd ! mine was the blood line (grapefruit, rum, aperol, hazelnut) and leah had the reef keeper (gin, sugar kelp, lime)

@gifthorsepvd seafood platter of course. oysters, mussels, clams, crab claws, smoked fish dip (this stuff was genuinely unreal), crudo, and some delish dips. could drink the burnt onion dijonnaise

also @gifthorsepvd seasoned fries with kimchi aioli. these were unreal

finally! @gifthorsepvd scallop roll. kind of like if a lobster roll and a bahn mi had a beautiful baby and the baby was made of scallops. so good

cute little breakfast at our b&b @weddingcakehouse_residencies (coffee and homemade vegan apple cider doughnuts)

@thenitrobar_ one of many. the famed breakfast sandwich with crispy bacon, arugula, avo, the creamiest custardiest egg ive ever had, and TWO (!!!!) aiolis. perfect if you're a dip girl like me. leah got the pizza bagel and we went halfsies on both, easily the best pizza bagel ive ever had.

also got the whipped pistachio latte that they did in collaboration with @loccitane and it was absolutely spectacular. believe the hype, this place was worth the wait

del's frozen lemonade!! classic.

bait box from @dunebrothersseafoodshack . little fried fishies with fries (doused in malt vin), slaw, tartar sauce, and lots of lemon. no notes

beautiful dinner at @alfornorestaurantprovidence . we shared a bread gnocchi with wild boar ragu & some confit duck legs with pickled cherries. both were excellent and i left very full and happy

Spent the 4th of July weekend at home with friends and got to see Providence anew through their eyes ✨ how lovely it is to see people you love appreciate a place you know so well (and are still learning about)!

Producers decided to bring me back for one more season and like who could be mad?!?!?! Can’t believe it still and incredibly thankful and grateful for this opportunity. This program is everything and I’m fortunate to be a part of it. Cheers to all my Grey Coats!

I’m looking forward to returning to the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation’s Cocktail Apprentice Program (@cocktailapprentice) as a member of the #CAP2026 Grey Coat Class! As a Grey Coat, I will be providing mentorship to the incoming Red Coat Class and will be responsible for running #TalesoftheCocktail2026 Seminars - an integral role in the success of educational programming.
