A warm welcome to our new instructor, Haley! @theeditbyhal

Haley first discovered Pilates while recovering from a work-related back injury in Chicago. What began as a form of rehabilitation soon became a lifelong passion. After six years of dedicated practice, she began her teacher training under Ellie Herman in Philadelphia in early 2025. Haley loves how dynamic and playful Pilates can be—from the rhythm of the movements to the uplifting energy it brings to every class. To her, Pilates is about more than just strength and balance—it’s about joy, connection, and feeling at home in your body. She’s thrilled to share that positive energy with our community at Aya Pilates.
