Hey Muses,

For my 27th birthday, I planned a blue-themed Pilates party and invited my favorite girls. 🩰

As the year was coming to an end, I didn’t want loud — I wanted intentional. I wanted us to slow down. To reflect. To focus on our minds, our bodies, and simply exist in a beautiful space.

Many of my girls had never taken a Pilates class. It’s often seen as a luxury. I’m just happy I could create access and introduce them to something that’s changed my life over the past two years.

No pressure to be perfect. Just movement, laughter, and sisterhood.

The Parkway has been disappointing me more and more, as the years go by. My brother and I decided, if we were going to end our four day Labor Day Event Marathon, it was to be ended in style with @everydayppl. Things ended up being a mini reunion so the vibes were definitely bountiful. It definitely was nice to be reminded of what made EP great in the first place.... beautiful/fashionable people who weren't afraid to loosen up. 🔥💃🏿🕺🏿
