NOT QUITE THE PLAN turned out to be everything we hoped for and more!

What an incredible evening filled with genuine conversations, great energy, meaningful connections, a few bubbles, nibbles and some fantastic prizes!

We wanted to create something a little different from your typical networking event. Something that went beyond the usual “So, what do you do?” and encouraged people to have the conversations we don't often make room for.

So, we did something a little different. On the back of everyone's lanyards, we included thought-provoking questions designed to spark conversations around challenges, unexpected changes, setbacks and the lessons that come from them.

And it worked!

People opened up, shared experiences, found common ground and connected on a level that went beyond job titles and business cards. Exactly what we set out to achieve.

Because the reality is, we all have a story. We all face challenges, and sometimes the most valuable connections come from realising we're not the only ones navigating the messy middle.

A special thank you to my wonderful co-hosts Elinor and Marie and a special mention to Anastasia for putting our heads together and creating something truly meaningful. What started as an idea became an evening that reminded us why bringing people together with purpose is so important. I'm incredibly grateful for the collaboration, effort and heart that went into making it happen. Another special thank you to our event sponsor Alex Adams for supplying the bubbles.

And of course, to every single person who attended, THANK YOU! Thank you for showing up, embracing the concept, sharing your stories and contributing to such an incredible atmosphere. An event is only ever as good as the people in the room, and you certainly made this one special.

If there's one thing this event reinforced, it's that the best conversations aren't always about where we're going, but what we've overcome to get here.

Here's to more meaningful connections, honest conversations and embracing everything that doesn't quite go to plan.

Elinor's story is as much about finding love as well as finding herself.

She developed close friendship with Daniel - he became her rock, her confidant, who she turned to.

They were the last people to know that they weren't just friends; they were in love.

And not only in this lifetime...

What do you mean by commiting identity suicide?

We mean letting go of all those roles that have been assigned to you - and the ones you've self-assigned.

Mother, sister, daughter, lover niece, business owner...

Who are you beneath all of those roles? How do you find who YOU really are?

Elinor shares her story of the pivotal moment on a family holiday - the same holiday they took every year - completely changed the trajectory of her life.

What if the exhaustion you feel isn’t burnout… but misalignment?

This week on Life After I Left, I’m joined by Elinor Moshe @theelinormoshe, co-founder of Truth of You, four-time author, and a deeply respected voice in the spiritual space.

From the outside, Elinor had it all: awards, books, a successful podcast, and a powerful public presence.

But underneath, something didn’t feel right.

In this conversation, Elinor shares the moment she realised she’d been living through roles and masks, disconnected from her inner truth, and how shadow work, nervous system healing, and energetic discernment helped her reclaim herself.

We talk about:

- What misalignment really feels like in the body
- Shadow work without bypassing or spiritual ego
- Energetic protection and spiritual hygiene (before any deep healing)
- Choosing practitioners with discernment
- Why intuition lives in the body, not in external modalities

This is a rich, expansive conversation for anyone feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or quietly disconnected; even if life looks “successful” on the outside.

There are infinite unseen layers of the foundations that make up our soul architecture.

We come into this life, with unseen forces shaping our experience. And, atop that, we seek to build our dreams, only to face an inevitable collapse.

In our latest episode on Resonant Truth, we explore the layers that form your unseen foundations, the energetic patterns shaping the you you think you are, and further examining the pillars of spirit, as they seek to express in life.

In S2E6 we have guests, @theelinormoshe and @thedanieldarman, co-founders of Truth of You. I loved this conversation so much! We touched on what it means to find your truth, masculine and feminine energies, health challenges, tower moments that redirected us to exactly where we needed to be, community (or lack thereof) for our generation, the roles of ME/CFS, obesity and past lives in Daniel’s coming home to himself, and so much more!
