POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Some of the best referrals are the ones that come from other agents.

These buyers were referred to me by an Orlando agent who absolutely could have handled their purchase herself. But she knew they were buying in Dunedin and wanted them represented by someone who knows the Tampa Bay area and the local market.

Then 1006 Dumont Dr hit the market.

Two days later, we were inside. And now it’s theirs… for 15% below the original list price.

That’s the kind of referral I don’t take lightly. When another agent trusts me with their clients, my job is to make them look very, very good for making the introduction.

Another Tampa Bay buyer represented. Another set of keys handed over.

August dump 📸

It might still be hotter than the surface of the sun in Florida but that didn’t stop me from having a very Halloween-y, fall, pumpin-filled month!

Excited to continue the vibes into September. 🎃✨😶‍🌫️

She’s a homeowner!! 🔑🏡🥂 I moved to FL almost three years ago and am proud to say it’s now officially home. I can’t wait for #DoodItsDax to have his own little patio in the sun ☀️ 🐾 and to make this cute townhome our own. It’s been a week and so far I’ve learned that I have the best village of friends here, I’m a great painter, a mediocre locksmith (thanks @illy4fsu for coming to my rescue), and a horrible electrician so we’re gonna leave that to the professionals. Excited to be embarking on this adventure!

And a huge thank you to @theenchantedagent & Greg and Erin at Dedicated Mortgage Solutions for all of their support for this first time homeowner!! I had the best, most thorough team.

POV: You spend three days networking, celebrating wins, supporting your Realtor community, and touring some of Central Florida’s most beautiful homes. 🏡✨

The past three days have been filled with so much fun, connection, and inspiration alongside my neighbor and one of my Realtor besties, @buyandsellwintergarden

Day 1: Celebrating another Realtor friend getting her first home under contract! 🎉

Day 2: Supporting my Realtor mentor, @karenledetrealtor , at her Tropical Tuesday Broker’s Open at 8937 Lakeshore Preserve in Winter Garden, co-hosted and sponsored by @tammylynndietz 🌴

Day 3: Attending a beautiful Broker’s Open at 16619 Arezo Court in Bella Collina, Montverde. This stunning luxury mansion, listed by @melissareadmccoy, showed exceptionally well, and the theme was perfectly executed.

It was also a great opportunity to connect with mortgage sponsors from Samaritan Mortgage, talked with Vic Devore of Devore Design, met @theenchantedagent and catch up with one of my Realtor partners, @realtor.roz

We ended the day with a relaxing stop at Prairie House Coffee. ☕️

Real estate is about so much more than selling homes. It’s about building relationships, supporting one another, learning, growing, and celebrating every win along the way.

Geo-82 pleasantly surprised me last night! I have seen some not so great reviews (leek martini 🤢) BUT I’m here to tell you our experience was wonderful and felt like a core memory 🥹 100% will be back the next time I’m kid-free! 🍹
