There’s something so special about taking the time to slow down, breathe, and truly reset. 🤍✨ Last night I had the pleasure of attending the Winter Wellness Reset at @oakwoodpremiermelbourne, hosted by @stephanietenille_coaching, and it was exactly what I needed. From a calming sound bath and guided breathwork session to nourishing canapés, wellness-inspired drinks, and discovering an incredible selection of health and wellness brands, every detail was thoughtfully curated to leave us feeling refreshed and recharged.
