Today, as we celebrate International Women's Day, it is essential to acknowledge the challenges that women continue to face. From the assumption that our lives are easier to societal expectations and judgments, these obstacles persist. But, in facing these challenges, we also recognize the incredible strength and resilience that define the essence of being a woman.

we've shed light on the misconceptions and pressures, from the assumption that our achievements are incomplete without marriage to the unrealistic beauty standards perpetuated by society. Yet, in the face of adversity, let's not forget the power we hold – to see things for what they are, to act under pressure, to endure physical, and psychological strain including during pregnancy.
To be more than just individuals; to be mothers, sisters, leaders of organization.

As we navigate through these challenges, it's crucial to stand united, supporting one another in breaking stereotypes and fostering equality. International Women's Day is not just a celebration; it's a call to action. Let's continue challenging norms, empowering each other, and working towards a world where every woman is free from prejudice.

Cheers to the strength, resilience, and extraordinary capabilities that make us women.

Happy International Women's Day!

He is awash in violet and gold, dappled across his face like feathers. I have never seen anything so resplendent as the small smile of awe that pulls at the corner of his mouth.
For a small, holy moment, he reaches out and we stand, hands clasped tightly together as the half - light stains its color onto our skin.
