February 5th I tore my ACL and Meniscus, I saw it was an end but God used it to form new beginnings. The fact that I’m not at some college playing football might confuse some people but now it’s clear that was only for a season of my life. Somewhere between getting hurt and having surgery I was convinced to apply to Work at Mentoring Alliance After School. Somewhere between starting work in April to the last day of school in May I was convinced to apply and work Summer Camp. Somewhere between Week 1 and Week 4 of Summer camp I was convinced to work the whole summer! I say all that to say this…when your motives and intentions shift from what you think you want and you start to trust what God KNOWS you NEED, all the pieces fall into place. I couldn’t have asked for a better place and a better group of people to spend the summer with. I’m so grateful for the connections and relationships that have been built. I’m grateful for a positive work environment where we all have the same goals and values. I didn’t know I needed this but GOD DID!

October 26, 2024 the family got a little bigger, and my sister married her best friend Kobe. The Joy I feel to have such an amazing blessing to our family is more than what I can put into words! Kobe, I love you dude! You have been a leader for me in my life and will continue to lead in many ways! Noel(big little sis) I love you beyond anything, thank you for leaving the foot-steps for me to follow! The lord will continue to work his way in yalls lives and I’m exciting to see what is to come!
