OUR WEBSITE IS OFFICIALLY LIVE! 🥹🎉

What started as two mums wanting to help other creators grow and share the small businesses we’ve loved experiencing with our kids has somehow turned into something much bigger.

Because we genuinely believe that when creators and small businesses support each other, we can do some pretty epic things.

So, we’ve built a website! 💻

www.reelperthect.com.au

A completely FREE space for Perth families, creators and businesses to connect, discover and support each other.

Here’s what you’ll find:

☕ Real reviews from our Perth family creators

📅 Events and activities across Perth and beyond, with the next three months already added!

📍 Family-friendly guides and recommendations

🤎 A business directory featuring our Reel PERTHect community (coming soon!)

We’re slowly adding our creators, reviews and businesses, so there’s plenty more to come.

Want to be part of it? Whether you’re a creator or small business, the more the merrier! Businesses can complete the form through our Instagram bio.

Now, a little disclaimer…

We’re literally just two mums building something we believe in, and we’re still figuring out exactly where it’s going that includes building the website.

FYI we are NOT a website developer or coder, so if something breaks, we’re calling it part of the learning process 😂

The website is a work in progress. We’ll keep testing, improving and growing as we go.

For now, it’s completely free we hope it to always be free and we’re just excited to see what we can create together.

Because there’s room for everyone here, and when we support each other, pretty amazing things can happen.

We can’t wait to see what’s next for Reel PERTHect!

Love, Kat & Adriana 🫶🏼

LEVEL 4 UNLOCKED! ⭐️🎮✨

Today, our beautiful Kai turned FOUR in Everland, and oh, what a day it was. 🥹💛

The surprise reveal. The wide eyes. The magic of walking into a world made just for him.

The freedom to run, explore, play and laugh until those little cheeks hurt. The happy tummies, the birthday cake, the party bags and all those tiny moments that become the biggest memories.

And at the heart of it all? Mum and Dad. ❤️

Not rushing around. Not setting up. Not serving food or worrying about what comes next.

Just being there. Watching their little boy have the time of his life, surrounded by everyone who loves him.

Because giving families the chance to truly experience these moments, rather than spend them making everything happen, is everything we dreamed Everland could be.

You bring the love. We take care of the magic. ✨

Happy 4th birthday, Kai! What an absolute joy it was to celebrate YOU. 💛

Welcome to Level 4, little legend! 🎮⭐️

A huge thank you to @confettihouseperth for being such an incredible supporter of our Reel PERTHect Village event.

They welcomed us into their beautiful space and helped us bring together a really special day for Perth families, all while helping us raise over $2,000 for @thealiyahmaefoundation.

We’re so grateful for businesses that say yes, open their doors and get behind community-led events like this.

Thank you for helping us create something so meaningful.

And truly, if you are looking for a venue for your child’s party, we can honestly say this space was full of happy faces from start to finish. The kids had the best time.

📸 And thank you for the amazing photos @dayna.photography! You captured the magic perfectly. 🫶🏼

Together, we raised $2,206 for The Aliyah Mae Foundation. 🙌🏼 💜

What started as an idea to bring Perth families together became a night filled with food, dancing, crafts, cookies and so much generosity.

Every ticket purchased and every person who supported the event helped make this possible. This money will help Jess and The Aliyah Mae Foundation continue supporting families through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

A huge thank you to the incredible businesses who helped us bring the night to life:

@confettihouseperth for giving us the perfect venue to celebrate in. 🪩

@homeslice.au for keeping all the kids fed 🍕

@bejewelledevents for the beautiful craft activity 💎

@_cookiecravings for the stunning sugar cookies. 🤎

@dayna.photography for capturing the memories. 📸

@brewed.socials for capturing the night on video.

And to every family who joined us, donated and supported the event, thank you. We truly couldn’t have done this without you.

This is what can happen when a community comes together for something bigger than itself. 🌈

To all the dads. 💙

The hands-on dads.
The working-long-hours dads.
The stay-at-home dads.
The stepdads who stepped right in.
The grandads doing it all over again.
The dads doing it solo.
The dads sharing the load.
The dads learning as they go.
The dads who didn’t have the example they needed growing up, but are choosing to do things differently.
The dads who are tired, stretched thin and still showing up.

The dads missing a child today.
The dads longing to become dads.
The dads we’re missing today.

And the father figures who may not carry the title, but have filled that space with love anyway.

Fatherhood doesn’t look the same in every family.

Sometimes it looks like big adventures and belly laughs.
Sometimes it’s bedtime stories, packed lunches, early mornings, scraped knees, piggybacks, quiet cuddles and simply being there.

There are a hundred different ways to be a dad, and a thousand little ways you shape their childhood.

To the dads behind these beautiful little moments, and to dads and father figures everywhere — Happy Father’s Day. 💙

With love from the Reel PERTHect community.

✨ This is your sign to book your Christmas Minis here in Perth! 🎄🤍

Christmas photos don’t have to mean perfectly posed smiles and little ones being asked to sit still.

Here at Megan Leah Photography, my studio is a warm, relaxed and friendly space where your family can simply be yourselves. 🥰

There’s no rushing, no pressure and no expectation that your little ones will sit perfectly the whole time. We take our time, we play, we chat, we laugh (a LOT!) and we let the magic happen naturally. ✨

Because sometimes the best photographs are the ones taken in between the poses, the giggles, the cuddles, the cheeky moments and those little expressions that show exactly who your family is. 🤍

And if you can hear the chatter and laughter in this reel… that’s exactly what a session in my studio sounds like. 🥹
