Let’s take the guesswork out of nutrition and focus on supporting your fertility and feeling better.
⚠️Possible side affects:
Improved skin, hair, nails, mood and overall wellbeing.

💌 DM me “NOURISH” and let’s chat about how I can support you. ✨

Also @ninjakitchenuk @frejabonebroth I’ve unintentionally ‘influenced’ over 50 people to ask and purchase your products in the last few weeks and you sadly won’t give me a little discount code for followers on IVF/TTC / FERTILITY journey. Proportionally that’s a huge amount of my followers and it’s sad that the big dawgs are the only ones getting recognition in this game of social medyaaaa!

Life + work = a lot. Throw in IVF and that’s maths I can’t do.

This morning I found my self in a fluster on my way to a conference having forgotten my glasses. I knew I’d end up tired and headachy if I didn’t go back for them. And I’m meeting a friend for dinner afterwards and I don’t want to turn up like that.

Luckily my amazing husband came to the rescue, scooped me up on his steed (ok, a Kia), and dropped me at the station with said glasses.

If something like this happened on a blood test or scan day back when I was doing IVF, I honestly think it would have tipped me over the edge.

Luckily I developed some pretty good techniques back then to manage that kind of stress, and I still use them now. Today I accepted being late was less important than my health, and I asked for help and of course it was given.

I have more tips up my sleeve so join the webinar I’m co-hosting with @theevewell where Emma Kafton (founder) and I will discuss how you can manage work alongside treatment.

I’ve always been very open about my IVF journey, and I’m one of the lucky ones to have a beautiful daughter as a result.

But IVF is the hardest thing I’ve ever done, and navigating it alongside work brings even more challenges.

Our wonderful IVF clinic, @theevewell on Harley Street, is hosting a free webinar this Friday lunchtime about navigating IVF at work with @jen_career_and_fertility_coach .

I’ve shared the link in my Story, whether it’s for you, a friend or a colleague.

IVF can be incredibly lonely, so the more informed we all are, the better. 💗

Should you have a laparoscopy before IVF?
It’s tricky and absolutely needs a conversation with your clinical team and endometriosis specialist (I highly recommend Dr Colin Davis, Dr Amer Raza and Dr Richard Flint).

The decision will depend on your current symptoms, how your endometriosis might be impacting your IVF success, and any potential negative impact of having the surgery.

“Shall I tell my manager?” A question as old as time(ish), and for so many of the people I work with it plays on a loop, taking up almost as much room as the appointments do. One of the things I love about The Evewell is that they understand this. They know their patients aren’t only managing scans and medication, they’re also managing diaries, deadlines and the question of what to say at work, and they see supporting people with that as part of their care.

That’s why I’m so pleased to be joining Emma Kafton, Evewell’s co-founder, on Friday 16th October to talk through how to make those choices deliberately, whether you decide to share everything, something or nothing at all. I’d love to see you there. Link in bio.

EXPERT CENTRE: SUCCESS RATES @theevewell

What does “success” in fertility care really look like? @emmatheembryologist explains from her perspective as Director of Embryology at @theevewell 🌈

Of course, welcoming the baby you’ve dreamed of can be one part of that story. But truly inclusive fertility care should be about so much more than an outcome.

It’s about feeling seen, heard and understood. It’s being supported by a team who takes the time to understand your family, your path to parenthood and what you may want that family to look like in the future.

For LGBTQIA+ people and families, that means care that doesn’t make assumptions, and conversations that look beyond this treatment cycle to the family you may hope to build over time.

In this conversation, The Evewell’s Emma Whitney explores why success isn’t simply one statistic or one moment. It’s also about how you’re cared for throughout the journey. 💜

Because how you get there matters, too.

I decided to freeze my eggs at 32, having been single for three years following a very painful divorce. I wanted to share what the process has taught me.

When I first became single, I hoped I’d meet someone and never need to do this. Perhaps I still won’t. That’s the strange thing about egg freezing as a single woman: you go through a huge financial and emotional process for a future that may never happen. I’ve tried to see it as an insurance policy — something I’m doing for peace of mind. I might meet someone soon and never need these eggs, or meet my person later and be incredibly grateful I did this. No one knows what the future holds.

For three years, I felt as though I was on a dating hamster wheel. With most of my friends married with children, I felt pressure to meet someone by a certain age, despite having no control over it. Dating became exhausting, and eventually I realised I’d rather be on my own than force something that didn’t feel right.

I’ve now been through the egg-freezing process twice. My first round resulted in just six eggs suitable for freezing, so I decided to try again in 2026. For the first few months of this year, I stepped away from dating and focused on myself — my career, health, nourishing my body and getting early nights. It was peaceful and exactly what I needed.

The process itself is intense: four hormone injections a day for around 12 days, endless scans and blood tests. The numbers can change at any moment, and there’s huge pressure due to the financial cost and what your body is being put through. I even started singing to the “follicle gods” before my scans for good luck. I was definitely a little loopy by the end 😂.

This process taught me that I can enjoy my life without knowing exactly who I’ll share my future with. I felt oddly calm sitting with the uncertainty because I was focused on myself and my wellbeing.

My 2nd round went really well, I’m pleased I don’t think I’ll need to do this again. For anyone considering it, I went to @theevewell and had reflexology with @reflexologybycharlotte, both of which I recommend! We’re delighted to welcome The Evewell as a sponsor of this year’s F Word at Work Live Summit 🎉

The Evewell provides fertility and gynaecological care at its Harley Street and West London clinics. Its approach brings together clinical care and attention to the emotional experience of fertility treatment.

We’re also thrilled that Emma Kafton, COO and Co-Founder of The Evewell, will join our panel:

👥 From Business Case to Best Practice: Straight from the Employers Who’ve Done It

Emma has a background as a solicitor and workplace mediator, alongside more than 18 years of experience in customer-facing care. At The Evewell, she works across the patient journey to help make care feel personal and thoughtful.

She’ll bring that perspective to a conversation about what fertility support looks like in practice, and how employers can create a culture where people feel able to ask for help.

A huge thank you to The Evewell for supporting this year’s event. We can’t wait to welcome Emma to the panel!
