MEMORY LANE

In 2021, a group of young creatives, gathered together at the University of Ibadan to create an idea that we celebrate today as our version of the PHOTOWALK.

Young, enthusiastic, creative and definitely a family, they pulled off a maiden edition. Fast forward, they executed 4 more editions, now they're doing the 6th.

At our PHOTOWALK, it is beyond the glare and flares, it is family, it is community, it is a tribe willing to pass on the torch.

Register for the next edition coming up on the 29th of August. Click on the link in the bio.

WALK WITH US

You never really know what you'll find on a photowalk.

A face.
A building.
A moment.
A colour.
A story.

Maybe even a version of yourself you hadn't discovered yet.

That's the beauty of walking with a camera.

Come find something unexpected.

THE PEOPLE - PHOTOWALK 3.0 (The Hangout)

The photographs are beautiful.

But the people behind them? That's the real story.

Photographers. Models. Creatives. Dreamers. Strangers who became collaborators and collaborators who became friends.

This is what happens when creative people walk together.

Come find your people.

LEADERSHIP: THE FOUNDATION OF THE FUTURE

One of the most critical pillars of any society is leadership.
As Myles Munroe would often say, “everything rises and falls on leadership.” That statement is not just philosophical, it is observable.
When we examine the increasing levels of disorder, poor decision-making, and social instability in our world today, many of these outcomes can be traced back to a leadership deficit. In the same way, the future we hope for is not accidental, it will be a direct reflection of the quality of leadership we cultivate today.

Leadership does not begin in government. It begins at the most fundamental unit of society—the home.
The home is where values are formed, where discipline is introduced, where character is shaped. From there, leadership flows into schools, communities, institutions, and ultimately into the complex systems that govern society.
And if the foundation is weak, the structure will struggle.
This is why the conversation around leadership is not optional, especially in a strategic season like this, and particularly within Africa. If we truly desire transformation, progress, and stability, then we must confront the leadership question at its root.

One of the growing concerns today is the increasing difficulty in mentoring the younger generation. Many are navigating life without guidance, without structure, and without strong value systems. The result is visible; misdirected energy, poor decisions, and a gradual rise in societal challenges.
But the question is: how long do we stand back and observe?

Leadership is a responsibility, not a title.
We cannot outsource it to governments alone. We cannot limit it to institutions. We cannot postpone it for “when we are older” or “when we are ready.”
Every sphere of society requires intentional leadership: in homes, in friendships, in communities, in classrooms, in organizations. And if we fail to lead at these levels, we indirectly contribute to the larger breakdown we complain about.
