@slightlybougiesocks had the chance to join @blackneurodiaries in Jacksonville for a beautiful birthday Mat Pilates celebration centered around movement, community, and intentional connection. One of the most impactful moments was hearing her openly share pieces of her personal mental health journey and seeing women create space for one another with so much honesty and care.

Loved connecting with other women and brands with similar missions, including @jacksonvillemom . Grateful for Pilates and spaces like this that remind us wellness is about so much more than fitness.

Zsanine, this was so fun! I’m already counting down to the next one! See y’all there! 😉 @kialanutrition
