It’s Celebrate Fencing Week, and today we’re celebrating our incredible coaches who help make Nova what it is!

Great coaching goes far beyond what happens on the strip. Our coaches teach, challenge, encourage, and help our fencers grow - from their very first lesson to some of their biggest competitive moments.

We’re proud to recognize our coaches and the expertise, energy, and commitment they bring to Nova every day. Thank you for everything you do for our fencers and our fencing community!

Tristan Szapary 🇺🇸

🔹 Video I: Arresti
🔹 Video II: Controtempi
🔹 Video III: Botte al piede
🔹 Video IV: Rimessa e/o secondi colpi
🔹 Video Bonus: Behind the back

Buona visione,
P&C

From June 28 to July 7, our incredible coaches brought the heat to the Milwaukee Convention Center, zipping between pods and giving it their all. Coach Damien made us proud as a Nationally rated referee and President of USA Fencing! We're grateful for Coaches Carlos, Marco, and Greg's relentless efforts and invaluable mentorship. Cheers to another fantastic year! 🤺🤺🤺 #novafencingclub #summernationals2025 #fencing #fencingcoachlife

Feeling proud and grateful to share that I’ve officially graduated from the USA Fencing Leadership Academy! 🎓🤺

This journey has deepened my understanding of our sport, not just on the strip, but in how we grow, lead, and serve our fencing communities. I’m walking away inspired, empowered, and more committed than ever to helping shape the future of fencing in a way that’s inclusive, sustainable, and athlete-centered.

Big thanks to USA Fencing for creating space for leadership development, #and to everyone who supported me along the way. Onward and upward! 🙌
