Still thinking about last week’s Hub 🤍

Pickleball, networking, good food, a little friendly competition, and a whole lot of conversation with Baltimore’s fitness + wellness community.

The Wellness Hub is about getting outside of your usual circle, meeting people doing cool things in the industry, and creating connections that can continue long after the night ends.

Huge shoutout to @thefivearrows for capturing the night AND bringing the drone footage. 🎥🔥 You made us look very athletic.

Next up: December 3 at The Worthington. ✨

Join me Thursday, June 11th 11-12:30p @coppermine_harboreast - complimentary to all providers. Register through link in bio

This is for you...

The personal trainer.

The group fitness instructor.

The nurse.

The therapist.

The physician.

The provider, coach, or healer who spends their days caring for others.

The one carrying the weight of difficult conversations, high expectations, and stories that don’t leave when the day is over.

The one who pours into everyone around them while convincing themselves they’ll rest later.

The one showing up for clients, patients, members, friends, and family even when they’re running on empty.

The one grieving.

The one exhausted.

The one who doesn’t know who they are when they’re not helping, putting out fires, serving, or hustling.

Breathwork isn’t about FIXING you.

It’s a chance to put down the weight for a moment.

To breathe.

To reconnect with yourself beneath all the roles you play.

To process what your mind and body have been carrying.

To remember that you are human too.

You spend your life holding space for others.

When was the last time someone held space for you?❤️
