🚨 NCCF Training was FIRED UP tonight for our first two classes in our new location:

📍 1438 Military Turnpike
⏰ 4:15pm & 5:30pm

👊 Tonight, we got to do what this place is built for: training hard, cheering each other on, and filling the walls with the energy that makes NCCF Training ours! 💪

📣 Shout out to Coach Flu @thefleuryboyz for successfully managing the big classes and bringing his typical positive energy and enthusiasm!

🙌 Thank you to the entire NCCF Training Community. This was a MASSIVE undertaking and you’ve been with us every step of the way. Thank you for your patience, for showing up when things weren’t easy, for your help with our big move and for believing in what we were building. Every bit of it helped us to open our doors tonight.

💪 Chasing limits and crushing goals! The energy @hyroxamerica in Boston was unmatched last weekend. NCCF Athletes & Coaches left everything on the floor 👊

💨 From the first run to the final wall ball they defined what it means to be relentless, as anything worth achieving is EARNED NOT GIVEN. Huge shoutout to everyone who competed, cheered and pushed the pace!

🤔 Who’s ready for another HYROX?

From day one, the goal has been simple: learn to move well.

Baseball + basketball. A lot of energy. A lot of athleticism. And a kid who is naturally elastic and explosive. Right now, we’re building the foundation — technique, body control, positions, and learning how to use the tools he already has.

The explosiveness is there.
Now we’re teaching him how to control it.

Built for the athlete he’s becoming 🚀

👊Another Quarterfinals in the 📚 and this one meant the most to me! Thank you @thefleuryboyz for joining in on all the “FUN” and to @clang_n_bang_10 for all your help on Friday.
~
Being restricted with an injury for months was so difficult to deal with but I’m super proud of all the hard work I continued to do focusing on what I COULD DO rather than focusing on all the things I couldn’t. 🙌
~
Getting 6 muscle ups was INSANE but then the sport slaps you with reality reminding you of the skills that need even more practice and work! That’s what I LOVE! And now that my hand is close to 90% healed….. it’s ALL GAS, NO BRAKES moving forward‼️
~
I never take a day for granted & always commit to being the HEALTHIEST version of myself possible 💪

⚓️ “Just One More” ~ May 12th - September 14th- 6 weeks shy of a complete boating season this year due to a 💩 Fuel Pump…. Going to miss Fall Boating, but after the summer weather we were blessed with, I feel lucky to have been able to enjoy it that much more in a shorter time frame ⚓️

The Bottom Feeders lived up to their name but boy did we have fun! We showed up every week and gave it our best shot! We had so many improvements as each week progressed, that we won our first set tonight! Just proof of our growth! So proud of our resilience team! These ole crossfitters took our bum knees and shoulders to the sand to learn new sports! Till next year beach volleyball! It’ll be our comeback year!
