The Foraged Feast team took a day off in the heat last week and hung up the gone fishin' sign! As usual, we brought back a feast!

My coworker @miramoonlightyoga has been raving about all the goodies from @theforagedfeast who I checked out @summitfarmersmarket last weekend. I got some stinging nettles and made tea, then used the boiled nettles to make creamy pesto and added to @eatbanza shells with roasted purple cauliflower - It. was. AWESOME & tasted like spring 🌱🌱🌱😚👌🏼 My Stinging Nettle pesto recipe👇🏼 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
-soak 3/4 cup raw cashews in water just covering the nuts for 1-2 hours
-blend with 1 1/2 cups boiled stinging nettles
-add 1 tbsp or more lemon juice & zest
-1 sautéed shallot
