On #worldenvironmentday and featured in Issue 26.
'Ignorance is Bliss' is a continuous design project founded by @agne.kucerenkaite The research-based project converts industrial waste into interior and exterior products, giving a new identity to waste and to the built environment.
We recently interviewed Agne for our new website platform 'The Future of Colour' (launched later this summer) When asked what her favourite colour is - we love this quote she sent over to us from the book "White" by Kenya Hara:

"Things like the rich golden yellow of the yolk from a broken egg, or the color of tea brimming in a teacup, are not merely colors; rather they are perceived at a deeper level through their texture and their taste, attributes inherent in their material nature. People perceive color through the combination of such elements. In this regard, color is not understood through our visual sense alone, but through all our senses. Insofar as color systems are based solely on the physical, visual nature of objects, they cannot convey our total response."

Our latest Issue, No. 26 is called Sensory Perception - and it illuminates our connection with colour through all of the senses xxx
