🌶️👑 The condiment queen has spoken! @thegenerousscoop is loving @natural.value’s organic sriracha—and we couldn’t agree more! 🌟 More flavor, just the right heat, and a perfect vinegar kick. 🔥 Try it on eggs, wraps, or your favorite bowls!

Our Water Kefir is a naturally brewed beverage using an ancient culture passed down from generations, not manufactured in a lab. We continue to use traditional methods to brew our water kefir honouring that nature knows best and allowing the synergy of the fermentation process to provide the highest quality probiotics and digestive enzymes. This is why you will only ever find us in a refrigerator, we do not pasteurize and by keeping our products chilled we can keep the bacteria alive and powerful. Water kefir requires sugar to ferment, it will not live or continue the fermentation process with sugar substitutes. So we use enough to allow this process, monitor the ph until perfection, and then can it at peak deliciousness.

My @santevia water pitcher makes it easy and affordable to drink genuine alkaline water whenever I want! It turns regular tap water into mineral-infused, clean, contaminant free h20.

I’ve shared about my love for alkaline water before but never had a system that was portable and affordable like the MINA Alkaline pitcher

My main reason for drinking alkaline water is for the antioxidant benefits. Anything that helps fights free radicals and potential diseases I want to try. I’m a bit of a hypochondriac so providing extra nutrients to my body gives me peace of mind.

Some other benefits:
💧 Adds healthy minerals calcium, magnesium, potassium and other trace minerals
💧 Makes water alkaline which helps your body maintain optimal pH
💧Eliminates lead and chlorine up to 99%

Santevia is having a hydration challenge for the month of May.
How to enter:
1. Post a photo of how you stay hydrated and tag @santevia
2. Use hashtag #santeviahydrate.
On May 31, they’ll select a winner to spend $100 at Santevia.com

Ps. Did you know Santevia is a family run business local to Vancouver?!

Heading into the weekend and having my meals planned for me?!....MOM WIN!

One of my favourite things about Fresh Prep: their Zero Waste Kits that some of their recipes come in. It's unlike anything I have seen in a meal delivery service.

What is that you ask?! It's a reusable modular container made to fit into your fridge. It contains all of the ingredients for your meal. Minimal packaging to toss as most of the ingredients come in reusable containers.
Also, Fresh Prep recently came out with a Zero Waste Kit Compact that is even more fridge friendly as it takes up less space!

Just look for the "Zero Waste Kit" symbol next to your recipe when you order. All of the taste, with far less waste!

Use code: INFSCOOP22 to save up to 75% on your first order! And don't forget to browse the MASSIVE grocery list of add-on items!

Some behind the scenes from my shoot with @twisemanphotography 💕

At first, the thought of leading my own shoot was so daunting. I kept thinking that I have no idea what I’m doing, I’m not even good at doing other people’s hair (or honestly my own 😂), I don’t have anything trendy to wear, will all the photos look awkward? etc. I was SO nervous leading up to it.

Fortunately Taylor was incredible and understood my vision, @thecollectivemarkets was there for much needed moral support, my 2 friends @pennilaine15 and @thegenerousscoop were natural models and @blakeandmaddie supplied some great wardrobe options.

What I learned?? If it seems scary, you should just go for it anyways!!! The best things come from pushing your boundaries.

I am over the moon with how the shoot turned out. Thank you again to everyone involved!!! 🙏🏻❤️
