3 Ingredient Pineapple Dole Whip Creami 🍍🍦

1.5 cups crushed pineapple (canned works better with this recipe. If using fresh, opt for a nondairy milk)
3 tsp Sugarfree vanilla pudding powder
1/4 cup milk of choice + splash for response

Mix all ingredients in Ninja Creami container until everything is combined. Freeze for 24 hours.
Spin on lite ice cream.
After first spin, it will be crumbly
Add a splash of milk and re-spin

Enjoy! 🍍

**disclaimer, some batches will have to be spun 3 times for the perfect consistency.

The Ninja Creami is on sale at Costco until June 2 for $40 off so I figured if some are debating buying, I’d share some things to consider.

- it’s extremely loud. Wear ear plugs or leave the room as it spins.

- It’s takes a lot of trial and error. You won’t get the perfect spin everytime. Have extra liquid ready to help with the consistency before you respin. Don’t be scared if your mixture always comes out crumbly the first spin

- You don’t need to fill to max line with every recipe. I find recipes turn out better when the container is not as full. Less iciness on the sides and bottom.

-the machine itself is really tall. I had to adjust cabinet shelves for it to fit in cabinet storage

-it’s take prep and patience. You can’t just crave ice cream then make it. The instructions say your Creami mixes need to be frozen for 24 hours.

-be prepared to dedicate at least three containers full of freezer space at all times, more if you buy extra containers off Amazon

Rate the Song 🎶 has become one of our favourite classroom activities. I did it last year as a way to introduce different music to my students as we had no music program.

This year, I’m extending into my LA program. We listen, rate, explain our thinking and then share our opinions… which usually sparks some pretty great discussions (and some strong opinions 😂).

We’re actually hitting lots of the Language Arts learning objectives without it feeling like a “lesson”…expressing ideas and opinions, giving reasons to support our thinking, active listening, considering different perspectives, building vocabulary, communicating clearly and responding respectfully to others… to name a few!

BC Summers are pure magic. A quick 5 minutes from home we have the choice of the ocean or the lake. So lucky…🙏

My class is so lucky this year! They got to experience Winter Olympics and now the World Cup ⚽️. It’s the end of the school year so I thought I’d turn this into somewhat of a teachable moment! #worldcup #fifaworldcup #fifa2026 by @thegenerousscoop
