When I say I’m “outside”….

This is what I mean. 🥾🌳

Nature feels like home. 🏠

Some connections don’t need words.

You just ✨feel✨ it.

One day you’re gonna wake up ✨TIRED✨

Tired of your own excuses.
Tired of the distractions.
Tired of putting yourself last.
Tired of saying, “I’ll start Monday.”

But when you get tired enough…

Something clicks.

And that’s the day that everything changes.

Recipe for the transformation: 🧑🏽‍🍳✨

70% holistic wellness 🥗🧘🏽‍♀️🪄
Yoga/stretching, meditation, breathwork, clean eating, supplements, rest, and nervous system care.

20% connecting with nature 🥾🌿🌞
Hiking, fresh air, sunlight, grounding, and exploring new places. Nature gets me moving, clears my mind, reduces stress, and supports a healthier lifestyle.

10% strength training 🏋🏽‍♀️💪🏽
Building muscle, improving mobility, increasing strength, and keeping my body strong enough to enjoy all the things I love doing.

135 days of clarity.
135 days of deeper sleep.
135 days of a calmer mind.
135 days of clearer skin.
135 days of less anxiety.
135 days of trusting myself again.
135 days of healing my body from the inside out.
135 days of feeling my emotions instead of escaping them.
135 days of protecting my peace.
135 days of reconnecting with my soul.
135 days of becoming softer, stronger, and more alive. ✨

135 days sober. I fell in love with my sober self. I fell in love with peace, with sobriety, with the version of me that no longer needs to escape life to survive it.

And when it’s time to celebrate with family/friends… they can drink whatever they want… but me? Pour me a shot of water 🗣️✨

I deserve it ALL. ✨

A calm mind.
A peaceful life.
Healthy, unconditional love.
Overflowing joy.
Rest without guilt.
Flowers on random days.
Success that feels aligned.
And the luxury of finally exhaling without carrying what isn’t mine.

Survival mode no longer has a hold on me.
I built myself from the ground up and through every setback, I still chose kindness.
I still chose to love deeply.
I still chose to remain a genuine person in a world that tried to harden me.

I’m guided, protected, and COVERED!
What’s meant for me will never miss me.
And I deserve every beautiful thing that my life is making room for. ❤️

This is your reminder to love yourself loudly! ❤️🗣️

Wear the outfit.
Take yourself on a romantic date.
Go on that solo trip.
Buy yourself some flowers while they’re on sale 💐 ($5 at Walmart!)

What’s the occasion?
YOU ARE!
You deserve it.

You deserve beauty in your space and softness in your life. You deserve reminders that you are loved, even on random days. Romanticizing your life is not just for special occasions. Sometimes healing, growing, and showing up everyday is reason enough.

Healing taught me that self love is not optional, it’s necessary. No matter how many cups I fill, I’ll always make time to pour back into myself every single day.

My world got softer when I started treating myself with kindness. 💕

Let’s celebrate ourselves the same way we celebrate everyone else. 🥳

I’ve always wanted to stand near a waterfall and let the water hit my face & hair… ✨

And that’s EXACTLY what I did here.
Shoes soaked.
Socks soaked.
Hair wet.
Glasses covered in water.

And honestly, every single drop was worth it because in that moment… I felt completely FREE. 🌿💦

Some experiences heal you in ways words never can.
