One day we run out of "somedays" and some day we're gonna run out of "one days", today is all we have, better yet this moment right here, and right now is what you have. We are living second by second, not even one day at a time truthfully. Be grateful for each moment, each hour and each day. Try not to stress yourself over things that won't matter tomorrow, because chances are, if they won't matter tomorrow, it probably doesnt matter today either. Learn to see and appreciate the beauty in the seemingly small things. -Coach Ed #coachtalk .

Transparency Moment: 2 years ago I was filming this gem of a film called “Options” in the beautiful Phoenix,AZ. This popped up on my memories. As I reflect today on whats next in my life. I am reminded of what I have done. I often beat myself up because i feel I should be further along, or I should have accomplished this by now or that at this time frame. However its days like this where i am in the middle of the WAIT for certain things in my life that I have to remind myself that my faith in me got me to this point. My faith in believing I could do certain things got me to this point. Its amazing how we can see things and want them for ourselves but yet we have already accomplished them! So while you are in your wait.... dont lose faith, dont lose hope.. Find those little reminders that show you why you are catching your dream in the first place.
