Mount Baldy Ski Hut Fall Work Pary 2026
.
I wanted to share this past weekend, we had an amazing group who came up to the Ski Hut to help do maintenance to keep the ski hut in great conditions for you to enjoy while your hiking up the Ski Hut trail.
.
Rain 🌧️ or shine🌞, they showed up!! We 🧼 cleaned walls, cabinets, painted 🎨 , fixed windows 🪟, chopped 🪵 wood, collected pine 🌲 needles, cleared the area from extra debris to name a few things.
.
Wanted to thank our Chairman Gil Estrada, Ski Hut committee members and all the volunteers. We can’t do this without your help. It was a pleasure spending time with you on yet another successful work party. Was special to see great wildlife 🐻 🦌.

Mt Baldy Ski Hut work party was a success!!! ⛰️🥾✌️💗
.
We are so happy to be back open and have a work party, Yep, the hut got a new paint 🎨, outhouse some repairs, wood chopped, a new bench out front was made as well and cleaned the inside. It really takes a village to maintain this hut and for all the hikers who pass though. Special thanks to our chair @thegilski for organizing these work parties. Thanks @rafterdan @natebaggslol @golbazarya @beerhiker @sunset4dd for all you do for the Ski Hut. We are so blessed to be here 🥰 Thanks to everyone who showed up and made this a successful work party!

Sharing a few pics of you in this order
#2 Do you remember meeting me on Baden Powell? I do!! I ran into you after seeing no one while hiking a new trail for me passing Little Jimmy > Mt Hawkins > Throop Peak > Mt Burnham up to Baden Powell. We sat idk seem like an hour taking hiking shop. I loved that I got a smile from you 😃✌️
#3 Remember that day we seen you going up and we were heading down after a Ski Hut work party. Your backpack was full of picture from over the years. You pulled them out to share with Gil and I. Not sure why you had all those pictures in your backpack but happy you did.
#4 Another random day of hiking Mt Baldy and of course there you were, like always
.
.
Hope everyone had a Happy Father’s Day, the solo hike was very relaxing and HOT 🥵 but I was on a mission
.
.
If you don’t know Ranger Dan, you don’t know Baldy.

RIP dear friend 🙏🏻

Hey there! I wanted to connect on behalf of @gnarcyofficial. We've got some awesome jewelry lined up, and I reckon you'd be the ideal candidate to rock our latest collection of masculine accessories!

If you dig it, we'd love to hook you up with a trio of pieces on the house! Yup, you read that right – completely FREE!

Just shoot a DM over to our main account @gnarcyofficial, and our guy Shawn will sort you out pronto! But hey, don't sleep on it – spots are filling up fast, and we'd hate for you to miss out on the action! Cheers, mate! 🤙
