Wow we are at episode 90 of The JOY Hour!!! I began the JOY Hour podcast because I kept seeing it in my intuition: myself interviewing inspiring sunshine humans to explore what it means to live a life aligned with soul truth 🌞 Plus I missed the experience of @poweruppodcast so much! Now, at episode 90, I would love to ask you to be part of shaping what comes next... Have you listened yet? Which episode was your favourite? What do you want more of as we move into the next 90? The link is in my bio to share your thoughts, it would mean a lot thank you 💛 #thejoyhour #thejoyhourpodcast #mayagandaia #illusiontojoy #poweruppodcast

I love imagining, guiding and following my own intuition towards a world where instead of listening to the "I need to be perfect" "I am not worthy" "I am not good enough" beliefs, we explore our unique gifts and talents to the full... Sometimes the stories and beliefs we inherit: following a "sensible" career, being "successful" or even just being a "good girl" for example, become so familiar that we mistake that conditioning for our truth. But I am interested in what becomes possible when we follow our own curiosity... When we follow joy... When we occupy the places and spaces where we feel most at home and can be ourselves to the full... Because here is a little life hack: We do our best when we are relaxed and having fun... And the more fun we are having in life, the better we do in work... And in relationships, in creating... And in success... The more joy we are experiencing the more joy we attract to us... So here is your reminder that you are amazing! And that when you be you to the full you vibrate at a whole different resonance! Save this for a moment when you need to come back home to your own inner wisdom, and let me know if it resonates or what it brings up for you. ❤️ 👑 🎼💃🏾 October Magic by Her Highest Frequency #mayagandaia #thegoddxxpath #creativehood #selftrust #journaltojoy

Have you ever had an amazing idea but not followed through because it felt too scary to think about? Mine was my clothing range... I had the idea for 9 years before I took action... And I still experience the charge of my fears as blocks and challenges to the creation... When a project matters deeply, beginning can be so scary, because it carries every possible judgement, disappointment and the possibility of greatness... It can become easier to keep planning... or to avoid it completely rather than let the idea be seen... Let me know if this feels familiar? But the way to alchemise it isin the small steps: the one choice, the aligned action to get us on our Goddxx Path ❤️👑 What is one small, meaningful action towards creating yours? #mayagandaia #thegoddxxpath #creativeblocks #creativehood #journaltojoy

No matter how far I have come or how much I have created, I still hear the voice telling me I am not good enough... But now I know how to neutralise it... That inner imposter dialogue still sneaks up to tell me I don't belong, I am not good enough, I am going to be discovered for a fraud... But I have the tools to alchemise it... To do alchemy on those stories... And come back home to myself and my Goddxx-like potential. We are not broken... We don't need accolades to prove our worth... The magic is in clearing aside those voices so we can hear our inner wisdom: the self who knows we are amazing exactly as we are and assumes we are whole and complete exactly as that... ❤️👑 So here is your reminder for when that familiar voice of self-doubt shows up... That you are whole, complete and amazing! And that the magic is in rising up... In remembering who you are and your unique Goddxx Path in those moments of doubt. Save this for the days you need the reminder ❤️ 💃🏾🥳🎼: Suksuma by FACESOUL #mayagandaia #thegoddxxpath #creativehood #selflove #journaltojoy

If your nervous system is frozen, your ideas are stuck, or you can't seem to move them forward alone, this is the place for you! This is body doubling, and it works... Our next Creativity Challenge is October 26th-30th October 2026 14-17:00 UK Time (the last one of 2026 and likely next year this will be the only time of year we run this in 2027 so don't miss out! The Creativity Challenge is an online creative container where presence, accountability, and nervous system regulation shift us from stuck to flowing. Because people literally get stuck in survival and then our dreams become one day not now... Instead of creating the life of our dreams we end up maintaining the life we are living now... And nothing changes... And when our nervous system decides that stillness = safety, our prefrontal cortex, the part that creates, goes offline. We end up stuck, procrastinating, spiralling, feeling the effects of that stuckness... But community and creativity changes this, and so does being held by others who are creating change. The Creativity Challenge is an online coworking community where creatives like you, and me, show up every day for one week and commit to creating one thing we are hungry to make real. Does it feel like you are stuck, and can't create? If your nervous system is in a freeze response, your ideas might well be too... When our nervous system decides that stillness = safety, our prefrontal cortex goes offline. Our pelvis: our sacred bowl holds creative life force, inner wisdom, ancestral patterns and our power to bring things into being. Many of us are disconnected from this space: Numb and shut down... We move through life carrying tension, silence, shame, and emotional weight in the body: clenching, tensing and numbing without realising how deeply disconnected we have become. Our body learns to protect itself, our hips tighten and our creativity fades because we are surviving not thriving. This clearing session is a return to the softness, the sensation, and the wisdom of the body... A coming back HOME to yourself... Join me on Sunday the 11th of October at 11:00 UK Time for a deep, restorative Pelvic Clearing Session. In this session, we will soften the tension and reclaim your original house of creation. 💃🏾🎶 Temple by Jean du Voyage #pelvicsession #pelvicspace #pelvicwisdom #ancestralhealing #bodywisdom

We are conditioned to disconnect from sensation and intuition... Our pelvis: our sacred bowl, holds our creative life force, intuition, and ancestral memories. It also holds the power to bring things into being... To CREATE. When our body learns to protect itself, our hips can tighten and the pelvis can become a place we barely feel or connect with, while our creativity and life force become increasingly buried beneath patterns of survival. This Sunday I am holding a clearing session to return to softness, sensation and connection. It is an invitation to listen to the wisdom held within the body and to reconnect with the creative energy within. Join me this Sunday 11th October at 11:00 UK for a deep, restorative Pelvic Clearing Session, where we will soften the tension, reconnect with the body and reclaim your original house of creation 🧡👑💃🏾 https://goddxxpath.com/the-sacred-bowl-6-day-challenge Or read more over at my Substack 👑🌑 #thegoddxxpath #intuition #sacredbowl #alchemy #mayagandaia

The pelvic space and the digestive system can hold the tension of our thoughts, our emotions, our protective patterns, and any experiences that we are ready to release. This Clearing Session offers a space to turn inward, reconnect with your body, and consciously clear those imprints 👑 11th October 2026 17:00 UK Time A moment to pause. A moment to release. A moment to return HOME to yourself. 🌑❤️ #mayagandaia #illusiontojoy #sacredbowl #somaticreleasing #unclenching

My newsletter in pictures... This week's newsletter included themes of surrender and showing up uncomfortably... Moving out of victimhood and into Creativehood And standing for what we believe in... As Anaïs Nin wrote: "Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage" and I really have connected with that this month ❤️ #mayagandaia #illusiontojoy #thegoddxxpath #mayamusings #fullmoonmixtape

I have been building a set of cards, based on some of the most powerful aligned actions working with Goddxx Path clients over the past 7 years. The cards cover 7 main themes. Each day, pull a card to reveal a theme and intention for your day. ✨ I invite you to listen to your intuition as the card reveals itself... 🔮 Your Goddxx Path Oracle Card for today is... ❤️🌿 STAND YOUR GROUND 🌿❤️ “Honour your truth... against the definition placed upon you by others...” Sometimes standing our ground means not compromising ourselves to please others... Sometimes it means speaking our truth... Saying NO Protesting Grounding in nature Sharing our truth on a stage... As Anaïs Nin wrote: "Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage", and Ed Sheeran reminded us of this this month... That when we stay quiet as he did whilst Macklemore stood up for what he believed in, when we don't speak our truth, we abandon our sovereignty... we abandon our heart... So here is your reminder to listen to the whisper of your heart... To show up uncomfortably... To get it wrong... To fail even... but do it... Speak your truth... Stand your ground And stand up for what you believe in... And always, create so you can move out of victimhood and into Creativehood! ❤️ Creating is the best way out of fear and into JOY and when we refocus all that stuck scared energy into doing what we love, everything starts changing... Our path is unique and so are our gifts and talents... And being us to the full is such a gift to this planet... It's so beautiful It takes courage to walk it... Because our path is ours to walk alone... But in walking it we light the path for others too ✨ Does this resonate? When was the last time you stood your ground? ❤️ I’d love to hear your story in the comments... 🔮 Goddxx Path Oracle Cards... coming soon! ♦️ ♠️ I can’t wait to see them printed 🌻✨ #GoddxxPathOracle #StandYourGround #OracleCards #Intuition #TheGoddxxPath
