The QL is a deep core muscles in the posterior chain rarely ever trained but give it the attention it needs and find yourself with better posture and less back pain. The Gravity Mat®️ creates a lateral position by supporting the side trunk and pelvis to activate the obliques and QL effortlessly. Give these exercises a try and feel the difference!

@thegravitymat is a training platform that athletes can use to aid performance & return to sport. It’s designed to provide a supported environment where the trunk stabilizes while the rest of the body moves, putting the athlete in an activated starting position so they can focus on resisting the forces that movement creates. The Gravity Mat can deliver exercises more effectively by isolating deep core stabilizers like the transverse abdominis 🔥

The goal isn’t just to strengthen the core—it’s to teach the athlete to maintain trunk organization, which can transfer into sport-specific movements like sprinting, jumping, cutting, throwing, and lifting. As athletes gain more strength and control, they can transfer that into a less-supported movement.

Benefits:
✅ brace before movement
✅ maintain trunk stiffness under leverage
✅ transfer force efficiently
✅ resist excessive spinal extension
✅ coordinate limbs from an organized center

Part 1: Unboxing: US. Patent Granted 🇺🇸

Perfect timing!

I was literally in my garage filming when @ups pulled up with this…

My U.S. patent had been granted, and the plaque finally arrived!

Pretty cool moment to catch in real time.

This patent represents a lot more than a product to me.

There’s a story behind how a career in propulsion engineering, product development, chronic back/shoulder pain, and the grace of God eventually led me here.

I’ll tell that story next. 🤓🚀✈️💪🏾🙏🏾

Stay tuned for Part 2!
