Not your average arancini. 🤤

Golden and crispy on the outside. Creamy, cheesy and packed with flavour on the inside.

@thegullyhound’s take on this classic is the side you’ll wish you’d ordered sooner… and probably wish you’d ordered twice.
Trust us, don’t skip these.

Slow-cooked. Spice-loaded. Seriously addictive 🌮🔥

Meet the Awadhi Lamb Birria Tacos from our newest member @thegullyhound.

A signature fusion dish that brings together Mexican-American birria tacos with the rich flavours of Lucknowi cooking. The lamb is marinated overnight in Awadhi spices, slow-cooked for hours until tender, then packed into crispy corn tortillas and served with their house birria consommé for dipping.

Comfort food with depth, spice, and a whole lot of flavour.

Made from scratch at The Co-Kitchens and delivered across East London on @deliveroo and @ubereats 👀

Bold flavours have entered the building 🔥

Say hello to our newest member, @thegullyhound. An Indo-American gastro pub bringing together Indian street food, American comfort food, and years of culinary experience into one seriously exciting menu.

Founded by husband-and-wife duo Jason and Anshula, The Gullyhound is built on flavour, heritage, travel, and cooking everything from scratch. From slow-cooked Lamb Birria Tacos infused with Lucknawi spices to Chilli Cheese Arancini served with homemade green chutney, every dish tells a story of cultures colliding in the best possible way.

This is fusion done properly. Thoughtful recipes, bold spices, and food made with heart ❤️

We’re excited to have them cooking from The Co-Kitchens and serving East London with their incredible menu.
