The Gullyhound Chicken & Duck Keema, served with milk bun!

The softness of a base chicken keema (mince) embraces the richness of duck breast mince.

Signature spice mixes used for marinating, and browning each mince separately, before combining them with onions, tomatoes, and ghee to create one of our high demand dishes!

A serious homage to poultry and game, because when the two do a little swan lake style waltz together, it is pure gastronomical joy!

Cooking this involves some elbow grease too.

We source our beautiful duck mince from @peckoverbutchers - thank you gentleman, for preparing such a beautiful mince for us 🙏

Our lovely chicken mince is sourced from our friends @ocadouk thank you for your wonderful produce 🙏

We are so proud of our fresh British produce here in the UK. It makes cooking a sheer pleasure when we have fresh ingredients to work with.
